BACKGROUND ;
Bringing The Lord Message (BLM) UV Transport Service Cooperative was
formed by a group of people who wants to give an excellent service by providing
systematic and secured transportation that will cater to numerous commuters of
Laguna linking them from one place to another and making their daily travel
convenient and accessible.
It is also our mission to partner with the government in uplifting the lives of
many Filipinos by organizing a cooperative. We aim to promote and improve the
quality of life of each of our members by facilitating to their needs in achieving a
productive livelihood. We commit to be an organization where membership
equates as a long-term investment towards productive livelihood.

RATIONALE ;
Sta. Rosa, Laguna is a first-class City in the province of Laguna. According
to the 2015 census, it has a population of 353,767 people. Many of its residents
are working and studying in different areas of Metro Manila and are heavily
dependent on public transportation.
Barangay Balibago, which is one of the barangays of Sta. Rosa, Laguna
located at 35 kilometers East of Pasay City has Balibago Transport Terminal.
This was build by he Local Government to serve its community residents who are
working in different areas including Metro Manila. The average daily population
of commuting passengers from Balibago to Pasay is around 25,000 passengers.
