That WE, WELSON ALLOSADA and SHARON B. ALLOSADA, of legal age, Filipinos,
married to each other, with residence and postal address at Sitio Chicos, Labogon,
Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines do hereby acknowledge that for the sale of a parcel
of land herein-below particularly described, I have received from the VENDEE,
FERDINAND A. BARRIENTOS and ELVIE C. BARRIENTOS, of legal age, Filipino, married to
each other with residence and postal address at 35-I Eagles Street, T. Padillia, Cebu
City, Philippines, the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) paid to us in
CASH (Philippine Currency), as the partial payment of TWENTY FIVE (25 %) PERCENT, for
the said sale of a parcels of land with a TOTAL AGGREGATE AREA OF FORTY (40) square
meters more or less, situated in SITIO CHICOS, LABOGON, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU. The
certain parcels of land thereon more particularly described as follows, to wit:
