RE : ENGR. ZSARINA GURTIZA’S MATERNITY CONDITION

Pursuant to your instruction thru the HR Officer asking me the condition/status of Engr. Zsarina Gurtiza and
pursuant to the evaluation of her disciplinary action, work requirements of the Synergi and her work performance
to Synergi, I am respectfully submitting my observations. To wit;

 Engr. Zsarina Gurtiza is assigned as Substation Operator since December 19, 2016. However, on May 02,
2017, due to her maternal condition, she was transferred from Substation Operation to or group –
SynerGi. We are grateful for that movement for we have been given an additional manpower.

 Engr. Zsarina Gurtiza participated and attended the Synergi Training that was conducted last December
2016 at LUECO EMO. Due to this, she had received the knowledge and skill of working on the Synergi
Software. It is by this training that she is one at a time familiarizing the application of Synergi with
LUECO distribution system with the following activities:
01. Addition of New Installations at SynerGi Software and Templates;
02. Serial Updating of all Accounts on all Feeders;
03. Segregation of Accounts per Feeder;
04. Updating of Feeders from Audit Reports (SPP/RMP/VIP) on SynerGi Software, Templates,
and AutoCAD;
05. Addition of Newly Installed Transformers on SynerGi Software and Templates;
06. Updating of Replaced/Downgraded/Upgraded Transformers on SynerGi Software and
Templates;
07. Feeder Loadings;
08. Outages;
09. Simulation of Segregated System Loss;
10. Distribution System Loss Templates;
11. Secondary Mapping on AutoCAD;
12. Answer request from other Sections

 With her one month with the Synergi Group, she is now well versed with the following:
o Addition of New Installations at SynerGi Software and Templates;
o Serial Updating of all Accounts on all Feeders
o Distribution System Loss Templates.
She is participating actively in accomplishing the needed requirements and is observed that she will be an
asset to our group and to the Company.

With respect to her tentative delivery this coming July 2017, the group will be with less manpower but the group
can still cope with the demands of work. We are also waiting for another movement from Substation Operations
in lieu of Engr. Kevin Ducusin’s transfer to Substation Operations. Also these coming months, we will be
working with OJT’s from DMMMSU MLUC and that will be an added manpower.
