2. Waiting Area for passengers
3. Bus Station office
4. Tuck Shop
5. Drivers room
6. Work Shops
7. Wash rooms and lavatory facilities
8. Parking shed
Sir in is respectfully submitted that as per your kind instruction al aforementioned facilities are
been prepared at our bus stand . The same require a kind visit from yourself or your
department so your kind consent for the subject bus stand be acquired.

regarding that at present we have almost 2200 Passports back log at our centers which is pilling
up for days. The reason for the more submission is that we have three centers who almost
submit at least 500 passport per working day but the submission of the passports in embassy is
almost 200 passports ,due to which the remaining passport are piled up.
Honorable Sir, Aforementioned the matter is increasing the service delivery issues between the
applicants and Etimad as we give them time of about 3 weeks for the process of the visa .
People are now complaining in huge numbers on the said delays and mayhems they are facing
due to the late visa process.
Honorable Sir, as you know that the amount of influx of the applicants will increase as the
whole month of Rabi-ul-Awal is approaching and there will be a huge amount of people who
will be desirous to travel to Saudi Arabia .So I along with my entire organization request your
kind self to please give the due consideration the submission limits and please increase the
number of the submission ,taken by the embassy .
Honorable Sir , You kind gesture and help will be of great value to applicants in particular and
all the outfits who deal with the processing of said visa processes in general. Your kind gesture
will save us from the cog mire of increasing back log of the passports and facilitate the entire
region of Northern Zone and its countless stakeholders.
