JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Adherence to standard operating procedure, product specifications.

 Management of the process operation through DCS (Emerson, Delta V & PCS7).
 Preparation and revision of cleaning and process validation protocols & reports
 Supervision & planning of batch charging as per the schedule & as per market requirement
 Shift handling,hand over and inter shift communications
 Calibration of PH, conductivity and weighing instrument in production.
 Maintaining daily calibration records and following clean room process as per cGMP
 Execution of CIP & SIP for the equipment’s used in the process
 Manage Tank farm and pump station/manifold, line up operation
 Updating all production activities in SAP
 Handling of biological and chemical spillages, solvents and chemicals
 Handling & storage of hazardous chemical with particular usage of PPE’s with the help of MSDS
 Monitoring and control of specific production operations, product handling, packing and product
identification.
 Responsible for dispensing of raw material storage in process activities inspection, packing and
