NOTICE

It is notified for all concerned that the 33rd Meeting of the Executive Committee of the MAULANA
ABUL KALAM AZAD UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, WEST BENGAL, held on 20th
September, 2017 has resolved that the following undermentioned fees have been enhanced and the
same resolution has been confirmed on 34 E C meeting held on 31. 10. 2017.

THE ENHANCED FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS

Duplicate Gradecard (Urgent) to issue within 7 working days 800
Duplicate Certificate to issue within 7 working days 1000
Provisional Certificate 200
Confidential Communication of Result 500

Note Fee for verification forwarded by the Government Agencies, or Orphanage, or Charitable
Institution is exempted. Private Agencies, Corporate Houses, Bank, Insurance Agencies, Private
Hospital, Private Nursing Home and any other financial institution must send their application
along with fee to the Controller of Examinations, BF 142, Salt Lake Sector-I, Kolkata – 700 064.
For the verification of Certificate, copy of Grade Card or Roll no may be provided to identify the
candidate, fee may be paid by Demand Draft in favour of MAKAUT, WB, payable at Kolkata. Cash
payment may be made at the Indian Bank within our University premises.
All the forms for Duplicate Grade Card, Duplicate Certificate, Transcript and Provisional Certificate
may be downloaded from www.makautexam.net and may be submitted along with fee to the office
of the Controller of Examinations
Examination fee are applicable from Odd Semester 17-18 and all other fees are applicable
with effect from 09. 11. 2017
