In view of the termination of the contract of R.U. AQUINO CONSTRUCTION AND

DEVELOPMENT CORP., l/F Pines View Hotel, Room 24, 601 Legarda Road, Baguio City by DIR.
NERIE D. BUENO, Regional Director, DPWH-CAR, for the Project: "Construction of Flood Control
Structures along Major River Basin, Barangay Malabbaga, Laz, Abra" for violations of the terms
and conditions of the contract during the project implementation stages, R. U. AQUINO
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. is hereby blacklisted/suspended for a period of
one (1) year from participating in any bidding of DPWH projects as and by way of Administrative
Sanction pursuant to Section 4.2 of Appendix 17, Uniform Guidelines for Blacklisting of
Manufacturers, Suppliers, Distributors, Contractors and Consultants of the Implementing Rules and
Regulations, as amended, of Republic Act 9184.

This blacklisting order shall take effect immediately on the date indicated herein and shall
not in any manner relieve the above-mentioned Contractor from any financial obligations related
to or connected with their terminated contract under the terms and conditions of the contract and
existing laws, rules and regulations or such criminal liability under P. D. 1759, if warranted.
