DEED OF SALE OF MOTORCYCLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by LIBERT GUTANA, of legal age, Filipino
citizen, married, and a resident of Prk 1 Hinaplanon, Iligan City herein referred as
SELLER, and AGUSTIN ALEGARBES, also of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, a
resident of Prk 2 Poblacion Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, herein referred as BUYER,

WITNESSETH:

That the SELLER is the registered owner of that certain Motorcycle registered at
the Land Transportation Office per CR No, 8845830-0 and OR No. 573162763, more
particularly described as follows:

Make – Suzuki, Series – FJ110,


Motor No. – E433-469312, SERIAL/Chassis No. –DE4EA-301554,
Plate No. – 8036KG;

That for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND


PESOS(P15,000.00) Philippine currency, in hand paid by the BUYER to the entire
satisfaction of the SELLER, said SELLER hereby sell, transfer, and convey in a manner
absolute and irrevocable the aforestated personal property;

DEED OF EQUITABLE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by and between JERRY O. MARCERA, of legal
age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident of Minaulon, Bacolod, lanao del Norte,
herein referred as MORTGAGOR, and DIOSCORO E. ADALA, also of legal age,
Filipino citizen, married, and a resident of Austin Heights, Kolambugan, Lanao del Norte,
herein referred as MORTGAGEE,

WITNESSETH:

That the MORTGAGOR is the lawful owner of that parcel of untenanted


Riceland situated at Gumagamot, Lala, Lanao del Norte, still covered by OCT No. P-
12,186 in the name of Prescilla Marcera, consisting of 7, 524 square meters, more or less;

That the same property is part of the shares of the MORTGAGOR per
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate among heirs;

That for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS


(P60,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid and received from the MORTGAGEE to
the entire satisfaction of the MORTGAGOR, said MORTGAGOR hereby mortgage the
aforestated parcel of agricultural lands unto the MORTGAGEE in a concept of plain and
equitable mortgage;

It is the essence of this contract of mortgage that in lieu of interest of the principal
obligation of P60,000.00, the MORTGAGEE shall have the right to enter the property
herein mortgaged, assume possession and management of the said riceland;

That this mortgage is redeemable in the same amount after three years, if not
redeemed then this mortgage shall continue;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
