Title: Computerized Enrollment and Payment system Queen of Peace School.

Description:

A Computerized Enrollment and Payment System for Queen of Peace School. They
are currently using manual system on their enrollment and payment process, so the
management agreed with our proposed system. By using the system, they can save time,
work and resources.

Using the system they can easily store, update and access student records. The system
lessens difficulties in searching student records in the file cabinets that they are currently
using. Because of the system the school can save office space because the file cabinets will
not used anymore instead they can use their computer. If the computer’s hard disk will be full
the school can just purchase additional hard disk or an external drive.

The system will have a decision support capability in accepting students. For example
the school doesn’t accept students having an average grade of 75 below, if a student enrolls
and has an average grade of 75 and below the system will notify the administrator that the
student cannot be enrolled. Another decision support capability is upon enrollment if the
student just pays the minimum tuition fee but does not tally upon the payment on the
specified examination date; the system will mark and notify that the student cannot take an
exam. If the student pays the examination fee the administrator can just update the students
account and record. Because each grade level in the school has only 1 or 2 section we will
add a scheduling feature that will fit the schools need.

The system is password protected that only authorized or registered user can use it to
maintain confidentiality of school data and records.
