PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
I consider myself a well-rounded person able to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly. I
was in various leadership roles including the vice-president of my student body all four years
of high school, captain of my soccer team, and was awarded the most reliable student out of
my senior class. In college I was able to continue learning more organization and leading
skills as I worked as a lifeguard in taking control of high- stress situations. After my
sophomore year of college I decided to serve a full time mission for the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints in Barcelona, Spain. There I was able to learn to speak Spanish. I
lived there for a year and a half where I spent my days talking to people from all walks of
life. I was required to schedule appointments every day and plan activities for the members of
the church. I also served as a training leader which required me to teach and lead other
missionaries around me. I now am working on getting my bachelor’s degree at the University
of Utah in Parks Recreation and Tourism with an emphasis in sustainable tourism and
hospitality. I consider myself a high-energy person focused on promoting customer
satisfaction through exceptional service and building personal connections with customers.

OTHER EXPERIENCES
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Barcelona, Spain.
Missionary• 06/2014 to 12/2015
As a missionary I spent a year and a half in the Barcelona, Spain area. I volunteered every day
talking to people on the streets, in their houses, or in public places teaching about Jesus Christ. I was
able to learn Spanish as I had to converse with people every day. We were required to plan out our
appointments every day and even sometimes activities for the members of the church. As a
missionary, I was able to serve in a leadership position as a training leader. This position required me
to train other missionaries and teach them every month in training meetings on ways we could better
the work in our areas. This experience helped me to know how to not only work with people but to
really focus on the needs they had.

Hurricane Harvey Volunteer

Houston, Texas
Volunteer • 09/2017
I had the opportunity to go down to Houston, Texas after Hurricane Harvey hit. I volunteered with
the Mormon Helping Hands group and spent much time helping victims of the storms. There was one
house where we had to gut absolutely everything out including their furniture and even their
hardwood floors. It was such a devastating time for these people and even though I wasn’t able to
contribute much I did what I could to help them out.
