The BMW Valet Program is a benefit designed to provide a "Premier Care Experience" for 2001 750iL customers. This program is provided as standard
service on every 2001 750iL purchased from any Authorized BMW center in the United States or Puerto Rico for the duration of the New Vehicle Limited
Warranty period of 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Any authorized BMW center in the United States or Puerto Rico will pick up your vehicle from any reasonable location when a recommended maintenance
or warranty repair appointment is made by you. In addition, upon your request, your authorized BMW center will provide you with a free BMW loaner
vehicle for the duration of the repair. Upon completion of repairs to your vehicle, your authorized BMW center will return your vehicle to you.
