Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2004/4 o f 2 1 April 2004 to 1ay down the organi zation and
functioning of thc Constitutional Council, as arnendcd and
supplemented by Law No. 2012115 of 21 December 2012;
Mlndful of Decree No . 201811 04 of 7 February 2018 to lay down the
organiza tio n and func tion ing of the Secre tariat Genera l of the
Constitutional Counci l;
C o ns id e r ing the requests of the Pres ident of the Constitutional Council to the
M inister of State, M inister of Ju sti ce, Keepe r of the Seals, to the
M in ister o f I-li gh er Ed uca tion and the M iniste r of Fina nce;
C on sidering the opinion of the sai d Ministers,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
