Using this guide
This guide is for use with the Certified Recruitment Analyst Program workshop,
which is a part of the training programs conducted by MEC.
The aim of the program is to enable participants to gain the knowledge and
skills required to help organizations develop structured processes on
recruitment. The case analysis, interactions, use of best practices and tools
in recruitment will help meet critical human resource development needs in
organizations.
The courseware is fully scripted and is intended as a study material for the
participant and is intended to encourage the participant to use this as a tool kit
and practice the different cases given as exercises in the courseware. The
participants can use their understanding of the content discussed in the workshop
as well as their experience to solve the cases in their own words and make the
most effective use of it. We suggest the participants to use this guide in
conjunction with the facilitator’s instruction, their expert comments and the
relevant experiences shared by the participants themselves.
Text Styles: The text is presented in the following style: the topics covered in
the workshop. Case studies, exercises and case vignettes that will provide better
understanding of the topic discussed. The topics covered are in bold and the
exercises are in separate sheets, and the end of the courseware has the slides
displayed in the workshop. The special points are given in boxes with the specific
icons.
