CHAPTER VI
CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

Conclusion

The lecturers’ performance in SU (Sampoerna University) is quite good. If there has

to be a scale to examine it, the lecturers in SU will score 8 out of 10. The lecturers have good
score in terms of their punctuality but so-so in terms of their ways of teaching to the students.
However, students seem not mind about the lecturers’ assessment to them. So, it is not a big
contribution to assess the lecturers’ performance in this research paper.

Suggestions

It is recommended that SU lecturers’ have to improve their ways of teaching. They

need to find a new method of teaching so that the students in classroom can absorb and
understand better the lesson being delivered by the lecturers. Finally, the suggestions need to
apply to all lecturers in Sampoerna University
