TRAINING AGREEMENT

This Agreement, entered into by and between:

Halcyon Technology (Philippines) Inc. , hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”


and
NAME , hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYEE”

WITNESSETH that:

WHEREAS, the COMPANY from time to time sends its employees to acquire relevant learning through local and/or foreign
trainings, seminars, and conferences, which will be needed in and applied to its existing operations;

WHEREAS, such trainings, seminars, and conferences entail expenses and disbursements, which directly inure to the
present benefit, advantage and employment of the EMPLOYEE;

WHEREAS, the COMPANY wishes to utilize to the maximum extent the training and learning acquired by EMPLOYEE to its
own benefit and for the further improvement of its services to the company; !qa@

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE will undertake the education, training, seminar or conference, specifically (SPECIFY THE
TRAINING PROGRAM) in accordance with the conditions set forth herein and in the details stipulated within the
Company’s Training Program and Policy;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the preceding premises, the parties hereby agree that:

1. Upon completion of the specified training/seminar/conference, EMPLOYEE shall continue his/her


employment with the COMPANY for the duration required under the Training Program & Policy, and stated
below: (pabago na lang ng amount)

P10,000 – P50,000 Six (6) months
P50,001 – P99,999 One (1) year
P100,000 – P199,999 Two (2) years
P200,000 up Three (3) years

2. In case EMPLOYEE voluntarily resigns, or is terminated for cause before the corresponding required length of
service is completed, the equivalent cost of the training/seminar/conference shall be reimbursed by the
EMPLOYEE to the COMPANY. The amount to be reimbursed shall be computed as follows:

3. EMPLOYEE may be required to conduct “echo” training sessions of the specified training/seminar/conference
to other HTPI employees, and submit a copy of the training materials and/or documentation of learned items.
