4QM DRIVE FOR DRAFTING SYSTEM
The total dr afting in the machine is
divided into 4 quadrants. Each quadrant
is driven by an individual motor and two
such motors are controlled by one
inver tor. These results in a positive
control of the drafting speed and the TPI
can be changed from the display.

T-FLEX DRIVE
The T flex drive arrangement ensures unifor m and consistent quality of yar n across ever y
spindle of the machine by withstanding the high drafting force. Fur ther more, the load on
middle/back roller drive is distributed evenly resulting in improved durability of drive
components.

DOUBLE SIDE SUCTION

The suction system is unique with twin suction positions, one positioned in the head stock
and another in the end stock. This e nsures good augmentation of suction throughout the
machine, thus ensuring sufficient suction to all spindles despite the increase in numb er of
spindles and length of the machine resulting in improved working conditions.
The optimal positioning of the suction units also results in lower installed power and low
energy consumption per kg of yar n.
