Tata group committed to improving the quality of life of the communities. Tata has always
been values-driven. These values continue to direct the growth and business of Tata companies.

The core Tata ethical values underpinning the way are:

Ethical Value: We can see best and primary ethical objective of delivering a four-wheeled all-metal
car with performance, safety and comfort also had to keep an eye not just on the customer price
point framed in 1000-point letters on the engineers walls in the ERC but also the fact that the project
has to make money as well. Clearly philanthropy was not even considered by the team led by Girish
Wagh to translate his chairman's vision of providing auto mobility hitherto unavailable to great
strata of Indians.

ETHICAL OBJECTIVES

Code could attract severe consequences, including termination of employment.

work and in the quality of the goods and services we provide.

partners around the world, building strong relationships based on tolerance, understanding and
mutual cooperation.

SOCIAL OBJECTIVE:

Tata Motors concern is manifested by a dual approach –

1) Reduction of environmental pollution and regular pollution control drives

2) Restoration of ecological balance.


Reducing pollution
Tata Motors has been at the forefront of the Indian automobile industry's anti-pollution efforts by
introducing cleaner engines. It is the first Indian Company to introduce vehicles with Euro norms well
ahead of them an dated dates.

Restoring Ecological Balance:


Tata Motors has set up effluent treatment facilities in its plants, to avoid release of polluted water
into the ecosystem. In Pune, the treated water is conserved in lakes attracting various species of
birds from around the world thus turning the space into a green belt.

ECONOMICAL OBJECTIVE:
National growth
The Tata Nano is a four passenger city car built by Tata motors aimed primarily at Indian market
INTERNATIONAL GROWTH
Tata Motor's Nano car start its journey on the global road as it displayed version of the hatchback for
worldwide marketplace. This new version was introduced at 79th Geneva Motor Show.
This international version is more powerful and stronger than its Indian counterpart. It is 0.19 meters
longer in length and is 0.08 meters wider in comparison of its Indian part. The company is
aimed towards selling of Nano car in Europe for 5000 Euros ($6,316))
