WE GATHER WITH GOD’S CHILDREN

Today we are celebrating our Children’s Sunday and as Jesus called a child, had him stand in
front of them said…”the greatest in the kingdom of heaven is the one who humbles like this
child. And whosoever welcomes in my name such child as this, welcomes me.”… we would like
to welcome each one of you, each child of God in the name of Jesus who calls us.

We call on you, O God our Parent, to be in our midst. We come before You with our laughter

Come, O God in our lives and affirm our being a child created in Your image. Help us learn on
Your kingdom here on earth and how we can be part of it’s beginning. In Jesus’ Name. Amen

AS WE SERVE
God cares for our children that He listens when they pray, and that He answers prayers. The Bible says
there’s something significant about learning lessons early in life. If we “start children off on the way they
should go,…when they are old they will not turn from it.”(Prov. 22:6)
When we start kids off with an awareness of Jesus and His powers, we are giving them a place to return
to if they wander and a foundation for spiritual growth throughout their lives.
