The Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme was offered in 2016 by the
Faculty of Technology Management and Business (FPTP) as one of the programmes
offered at the post graduate level. This programme is a master by coursework to be
completed in 1 and ½ years or in 4 consecutive semesters. Currently, the MBA
programme offers two (2) specialisation i.e. Technopreneurship and Real Estate
Management.

The Technopreneurship option offers the following subjects:

(i) Technopreneurship
(ii) Product Design and Development
(iii) Commercialisation and Innovation.

The Real Estate Management option on the other hand, has the following subjects:
(i) Real Estate Investment
(ii) Real Estate Market Analysis
(iii) Strategic Corporate Real Estate

We plan to extend the number of specialization that we offer in future for the MBA
programme. The additional options however, are subject to the approval of the
university senate and the demand for additional specialization from perspective

option of your choice.
