Øyeblikk.

La traducción literal de esta palabra noruega es una mirada efímera (Øye es ojo,
Blikk, mirada, más cercana al inglés glance), pero aquella palabra se traduce como Momento en
español. Et øyeblikk, un momento. Tampoco seguiremos con aquel laberinto etimológico hacia el
cual nos tientan, con la distancia del extranjero y la mirada del perdido, cuando uno aprende que
Øy en español es Isla. Cuanto tiempo puede uno seguir tirando del hilo de Ariadna atreves del cual
las islas se atan con las miradas y aquellas con momentos? Cuanto uno puede seguir hasta encontrar
su propia lengua amarrada detrás de aquellas otras islas? Porque es ahí cuando uno traduce una
lengua donde a uno le faltan planos de construcción y guías de viaje, lejos de cualquier raíz
romance, donde a veces uno encuentra un hogar incluso más cercano. Donde surgen palabras que
uno siempre supo que existían, pero aprendió que, en aquella pedagogía de la RAE y de la
corrección, eran construcciones más propias de la infancia ignorante o del escritor cansado con el
vocabulario dado. ¿Pero porque uno siente, entonces, que aquellas palabras, más que ajenas,
siempre estuvieron ahí a tu lado? Skriblelyden. En sueco: el sonido al escribir. Friluftslive. En
danes: el estilo de vida (live) de uno que esta al aire (luft) libre (fri) y conectado con la naturaleza.
Es el abismo, sea lingüístico como geográfico, una excusa en si para no cruzarlo? No
cuando del otro lado uno tiene a Over Fjellet, el poemario de Nils-Øivind Haagensen, donde
recuenta el viaje de Oslo a Bergen y de vuelta, en búsqueda de Sjur Holsen. El poeta aquí nos
ofrece su casa, una filosofía, una relacion, entrelazada por uno de los mejores poetas
contemporáneos, quien ya publicó este poemario en Flamme Forlag, además de otros poemarios
como Hender og hukommelse (1998) con el cual hizo su debut literario o God morgen og god natt
(2012) el cual fue nominada para el premio Nordic Council Literatura prize. Nacido en Alesund,
ahora reside en Oslo, desde la cual dirige una de las editorials más interesantes del momento en el
mundo. Publicado en español y en ingles en su completitud el próximo año en Surfjellet, puente
entre los Andes y los Fjordos, ofrecemos aquí una muestra, la primera sección del poemario, de
un trabajo en proceso, de un mármol todavía por esculpir, de una soga siendo tendida entre los
acantilados.
