This is to signify my sincere interest to apply for a transfer of teaching assignment from Binalian
Integrated National High School (BINHS), Binalian, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya to Bambang National High
School (in Senior High School Level), Bambang, and Nueva Vizcaya for the following reasons:

1. I am a qualified Applicant for Senior High School having a final rating of 76% in RQA.
2. I am a bonafide resident of Barangay Baan, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya which is near to Bambang
National High School,Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
3. I want to be near to my family.
4. As of my experiences, I taught for 1 year and 7 months as a PSEF Teacher, 4 years as a
regular permanent (Junior High) 1 year as a Senior High School Teacher II in this school.
5. As a teacher, I want to grow professionally to enhance my competencies and my assignment
to nearer school with very accessible transportation will help me to continue my thesis
writing for my Master’s degree. I am very much hopeful that my transfer to nearer school
would help me.

In addition, I am very much willing to leave my item in Binalian Integrated National High
School and get the base item at Bambang National High School.
