 Send High school graduated students to Japanese Universities with full scholarship.
(1.5 year: Japanese Language School, 4 years : Undergraduate course)

 Total numbers of graduate as of 2016 : 42 persons.
 The scholarship marked the 25th anniversary in 2017. 25th anniversary reception
will be held in Tokyo around Feb 2018.
