Responsibilities:
My core area of expertise lies in building the company's e-commerce market position by discovering and
developing sponsorships, partnerships and strategic alliances with e-commerce sites such as Myntra, Snapdeal,
Homeshop18, Jabong, Limeroad & Flipkart. Building the market position by locating, developing, defining,
negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Planning & Strategy: Defining business strategy for B2C and B2B verticals and get it executed with team.
Innovation: To work on new ideas and identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, cart
abandonment, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability
• Technical: Liaising with technical team for day to day changes & to introduce new tools & technology for
enhancing customer experience & smooth site performance.
• Operational: Oversee site operations, including all site changes and enhancements, to
ensure ecommerce growth, profitability and customer satisfaction executing day-to-day operations, setup and
maintenance of products, promotions and content to maximize site performance
• B2B Channels: Tying up with established Online Business Channels for brand visibility, positioning & to secure
Sale numbers. Business meetings with VPs and Category Heads for product strategy, margin negotiation and
various business models (Outright, Consignment, Market Place, Drop shipment etc.)
• Analysis: Keeping close eye on Site performance & Customer behavior with Google Analytics, Alexa & other
Analysis tools. Performing A/B testing Setting benchmarks for daily traffic & to improve day to day performance.
