DuracapTM 86103: a Feasible for producing

Gravitational Shieldings

A polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound, called DuracapTM 86103, can have its weight strongly
decreased when subjected to extremely-low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic fields, and is
feasibly suited for producing Gravitational Shieldings.

1. INTRODUCTION
