before going to sleep

General tips:
1. Pray everyday. No need to go to Manaoag or St. Jude. Hehe. You may pray anywhere.
2. Eat 3x a day. Take kayo multivitamins tabs. Sakin yung Pharmaton wd ginseng extract.
Pampatalino daw kc yung ginseng. hehe
3. Study in the CENTRAL library. Ok yung environment dun. May coffee shop pa sa baba. You need
to get a Library card. 500 pesos yun but good for 4 months na.
4. Group study – encouraged para may kasama kang papasok sa library ng maaga. Para may kasama
ka din maglunch sa dapitan.
5. DURING INTERNSHIP – gimik gimik muna. Wag munang mag aral kasi baka maburn out kayo
pagdating sa review. Buy the reviewers from the friendly pirates. Eto mga numbers nila. Manong
Lito Libro – 09283790529. Grace Libro – 09107667205. Find time to read USMLE step 1.
6. REVIEW CENTERS (including UST and UP review) – waste of time. Waste of money. HIGHLY
DISCOURAGED .

- This was the 2nd hardest exam. Origins, insertions, and actions of muscles came out. You
really need to study Snell review.

- Chambawamba to. Read Pedia BRS na lang. No other reviewer needed. Wag nyo ng basahin
yung del mundo – waste of time yun.

SURGERY

- Chambawamba din to. The hardest exam! My lowest grade: 78. Hehe. For my residency!
- Surgical Recall.

MEDICINE

- USMLE step 2! Step 2! Yun lang. question will come from pharma, physio, patho etc…

OB/GYNE

- Oc-Oc notes and BRS for OB. Blueprints for Gyne.
