SUBJECT : DISPOSITION AND EXPLANATION OF CCTV CAMERAS

This pertains to the disposition and explanation of CCTV cameras actually installed and
to be installed in critical and vital areas inside club premises.

1. There are twenty three CCTV cameras owned by Starforce Security Agency and
installed at vital locations to wit:

 At first floor veranda, CCTV camera installed at the Executive Office covering
west core veranda and beside a stone wall covering east core veranda
restaurant
 At second floor, CCTV cameras are installed at the centre core covering
entrance of guests elevator, staircase and core area; at west core, beside
room 201 covering hallway of room 201 to 212; at west wing beside fire exit
covering hall way of room 213 to 232; at east core beside fire exit covering
hallway of room 233 to 246; and at east wing, beside pantry covering hallway
of room 247 to 262.
 At third floor, CCTV cameras are installed at the center core, covering
entrance of guests elevator, staircase and core area; at west core beside room
301 covering up hallway of room 301-312; west wing beside fire exit covering
up hall way of room 313-332; at east core beside fire exit covering up hall
way of room 333 to 346; east wing beside pantry covering up hall way of
room 347 to 362.
 At fourth floor, CCTV cameras are installed the center core covering guests
elevator, staircase and core area; west core beside room 401 covering up
hallway of room 401 to 408; at west wing beside fire exit covering up hallway
of rooms 409-422; beside fire exit covering up hall way of room 423 to 433;;
at east wing beside pantry covering hallway of room 434 to 443.
  At fifth floor, beside roof deck covering hallway of penthouse 01 and 07; at
west wing beside PH 7 covering hallway of penthouse 2,3,4,5 and 6; at east
core beside fire exit covering hallway of penthouse 8,9 and 15; at east wing
covering hallway of penthouse 10,11,12 and 14.
 CCTV monitor is located at Timekeeping Area and manned by security
personnel 24 hours a day.
 Storage capacity of CCTV DVR is only 15 days and Mr. Ike Isagan promised to
change the storing capacity to 45 days as soon as possible.
 To recapitulate, first floor/verandah it has two cameras installed; at second
floor area, it has five CCTV cameras installed; at third floor area, it has five
CCTV cameras installed; at fourth floor area, it has five CCTV cameras
installed; at fifth floor area, it has four CCTV cameras installed and at guests
elevator, it has two CCTV cameras installed for a total of twenty three
cameras.

2. There are thirteen CCTV cameras installed and owned by Baguio Country Club to wit:

 At the lower basement, which covers timekeeping and service elevator;

 At first floor or main kitchen, covering hot kitchen and butchery, pantry,
dishwashing area and a 360 camera covering the whole main kitchen.
 At first floor lobby, at the lobby entrance, covering the bell station and
main entrance; a 360 camera above the security desk covering main
entrance; a 360 camera beside front desk covering main lobby and guests
elevators; at front desk covering cashier, front desk and main lobby; and
at the telephone booth covering Metrobank ATM machine.
 At the Executive Office, beside entrance of front office covering u main
entrance of Executive office and Executive waiting area; beside the door
of Executive office covering the offices of CCCSD and Events; and beside
Comm. Center main door covering offices of Rooms Reservation, Food
and Beverage and Members Relation office.
 At Gate 1, beside the Guard house covering the entrance of Members and
Guests lane.
 CCTV monitor is located at the Security Office and manned by a security
personnel 24 hrs a day.
 Storage capacity of CCTV DVR found at the Security Office is only 45 days.
Additional hard drive already has a purchased order and it was already
approved in order to store footage for 90 days. The services of Interlink
has been demanded since
 To recapitulate, loading dock has one CCTV camera, three at the main
kitchen, five at the main lobby, three at the executive office and one at
Gate 1 for a total of thirteen cameras.
3. In reference to the Costing for CCTV Footage Archiving dated July 24, 2015, with
regards to the footage archiving of CCTV and its costs, the undersigned chose Option
2 because it has the least cost to be incurred by the department compared to Option
1 which is costly and pricey.
Under option 1, it is not practical to spend six thousand forty five (6,045.00) every
month and it takes a lot of time and process to save the footages.
Under option 2, footage archiving costs only five thousand three hundred (5, 300.00)
for the price of one piece external hard drive which has a storage capacity of two (2)
terabyte for forty five (45) days.
The said external hard drive has a purchase order and ready for approval.

4. With regards to the installation of CCTV cameras at Par 7, the purpose of which is to
monitor the movement of members and guests and to keep track on the activities of
its employees on possible pilferage that may be committed.
