SPOT ADMISSION
Admission to vacant seats of Graduate Engineers Course (Thermal) August 2018-19
Batch will be done through “Spot Admission” to be held at this Institute on 7 th August 2018
at 02.00 P.M. on merit basis. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC is applicable as per Govt. norms.
Eligibility : B.E. or equivalent in Mechanical / Production / Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics /
Electronics & Communication / Control & Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation
Engineering from a recognized Institution / University.
Other conditions : Candidates who desire to attend the above Spot Admission process should
bring Demand Draft for the amount as specified below, drawn in favour of “National Power
Training Institute” payable at Neyveli.

certificates viz. Degree Certificate, Marksheets (1st to 8th Semester Marksheets), valid
Community certificate, S.S.L.C. Marksheet, H.S.C. Mark sheet and Demand Draft as applicable.
