Form of Ownership

The ownership form of our business is going to be limited partnership. Contribution of the partners
will be equal, so we are going to bear all the risks and liabilities equally of the business. In financial
plan Partners contributions to the funds and capital will be discussed.

Identification of partners and shareholders

The decision makers of Dew Drops Company Ltd. will be the primary fund providers. As primary
investors of the business 5 members of the group will act as Owners. We are going to collect the
Secondary fund from private investors. They will have the voting power but they will not have any
kind of decision making power. As business level employees they cannot work.

Check-signing authority will remain in hand of management team only when other members have
approval.

Authority of Principles
All the five members are members of authority board. Among these five members one will take
the responsibility of chairmanship which will be switched after every year. We must strictly follow
the principle and guidelines of the company. If any disability is realized about the partnership
business that will be treated with partnership ACT 1932

Terms of agreement:

 The legal name of our partnership is “Dew Drop Company Ltd”.

 The location of our business is Mohakhali DOHS, Road: 21, House: 314, Dhaka 1206
 The five partners are Md. Jameus Siam, Md. Tanver Rahman, Mashafi Ahmed
Ferdoush , B M Tauhid Hasan Rifat and Lamisa Haider.
 For making any important decision if there is need of voting then all the partner will enjoy
equal voting rights.
 Profit will be shared equally among partners since our business has six partners, so each of
the partners will get a profit of 20% after the claims are satisfied.
 Each partner will be contributing to the partnership.

Name: Md. Jameus Siam

Position: Chief Executing Officer
BBA Major: International Business and Marketing

Md. Jameus Siam is currently pursuing his BBA degree from North South University also has
great leadership skills. He led some teams for several business idea generation competitions. He
gathered vast knowledge in current affairs in Business world. His responsibilities as a director,
manager, and decision maker, and executor, helps and is involved in all the day to day business
and operation of the business, and also working on the strategic decisions of the business.
Considered as to be the communicator with all the shareholders, stakeholders, the board and the
management and every one of the business

Name: Md. Tanver Rahman

Position: Chief Operation Officer (COO)
BBA Major: Marketing

Md. Tanver Rahman is a final year student of North South University with very good
communication skills. Marketing and Operations Management is the field of his expertise. He is
responsible for the day to day operation of the business. He is basically accountable for the daily
operation of the business. He will make sure all the departments are running without any hiccups
on a daily basis and solving any problem if that arises. A COO has to report to the CEO.

Name: Mashafi Ahmed Ferdoush

Position: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
BBA Major: Accounting and Finance

Md. Minhazur Rahman currently pursuing his degree from North South University is very creative
in doing finance projects. He is passionate about coming up with unique solutions for different
financial problems. He is also responsible for the financial responsibilities of the business. To
evaluate whether a certain investment is necessary and if so how to finance this and whether it will
be sustainable (profitable for the business). All has to be taken care of by him. It is also his
responsibility to give a good financial breakdown of the business

Name: B. M Tauhid Hasan Rifat

Position: Head of Marketing & Customer Relationship
BBA Major: Marketing

B. M Tauhid Hasan Rifat is studying in North South University and experienced in coming up
with various marketing plans. He is responsible for all the marketing of the product and all the
marketing decisions of the organizations, also works on the decision of what marketing decisions
has to be made regarding promotion, PR advertisement etc. all decisions are made by him. He will
report directly to the CEO.

Name: Lamisa Haider

Position: Head of Human Resource
BBA Major: Marketing

Lamisa Haider is a final year student of North South University and doing her major in
marketing. As the Head of Human Resource, she is responsible for smooth and profitable
operation of a company’s human resources department. She will supervise and will provide
consultation to upper level of organization on strategic stuffing planning, compensation, benefit,
training and develop budget and labor relation.
