and its Author have been brought
to this U.S. District Court (SACU) where the Plaintiff prayed
10 for immediate and complete cease of its (book’s) publication
and for its (this book’s) and other pertinent materials’ immediate destruction
11 under the theory of
nation-wide, major, exceedingly grievous, irremediable
12 and generations lasting harm and damage,

17

18 THIS COURT, as it was gravely pondering this case, has became increasingly aware of
the steady accumulation of many other legal actions in many other legal venues across this
19 country, all said legal actions having this scientific Report titled MISANTHROPY’S
EVER-EX-PANDING WINGS REPORT, issued by the Misanthropy Institute, as focus of
20 an unusually large spectrum of charges, all filed grievances invariably placing the Report’s
chief Author in the Defendant position, and all said disputes having been generated by the
21
Report’s highly controversial and inflammatory content and representations.
22 UPON HEARING this Plaintiff’s (Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher’s) prayers,
moves and concerns aimed at blocking this Report’s materialization and publication,
23 concerns brought upon her by fears of liabilities generated by her involvement in this venture,
and, in a much, much greater and agonizing extent by the sense of duty towards this nation,
24 and after carefully studying the Report’s content, this Court has found them (Plaintiff’s
prayers & concerns) legitimate, the liability fears justified, and its other, major concerns
25
indeed warranted by this Report’s malicious trampling on the American nation’s already
26 severely lacerated public psyche, and as such, warranting a vigorous regulatory answer.
HAVING REACHED such a sensitive point like the American nation’s lacerated psyche,
27 this Court will now first acknowledge and reiterate that it (this Court), has always nurtured
the strong conviction that American Justice’s constant, permanent, fundamental and final
28 mission must be that of a custodian or caretaker of this country’s well being, mission to be

[Summary of pleading] - 2
accomplished through steady guidance and advancement along the rails of Morality and Law
1
the cohesion, harmony and ensuing prosperity of the American people and through tireless
2 maintenance work done on all the levels of the scaffolds of Ethics, Truth, Integrity & Thrift
which surround the majestic edifice this country is.
3
NOW, AFTER HAVING PRESENTED this moral mission thing, this Court will again
4 state for the record that while it is on this very Court’s background of lofty judicial purposes
and pro-active moral national curatorial activities that the Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed
5
Publisher brought to the Justice’s attention her, so timely, anguished, justified and patriotic
6 prayers and warnings about the alarming prospect of national dissemination of the Report
and of the calamitous consequences of this action upon this nation, it (this Court), due to
7 some lofty philosophical concerns which trump the just described, pro-active judicial attitude
(concerns which will be shortly addressed), has elected to interfere with the materialization
8 and marketing of said Report only in a limited manner for the period of time during which
the many other legal actions against it (Report) and its Author achieve the due judicial
9
maturation, and the several government and private inquiries having as object of interest the
10 Report (and various other facts revealed or implied by it), will coalesce in a collective legal
action very likely to lead to a final and severe judicial retribution against the Report’s Author
11 sociopathic activities and wholesale mischief.

12 IRRATIONAL EXUBERANCE MAY DESERVE scorn or chastisement, and freedoms

too excitedly exercised may deserve severe glances, yet this Author, in guise of exposing the
13
Nineties follies goes well beyond a wise man’s response to those manifestations, irres-
14 ponsibly yelling “fire!” in an overcrowded ballroom where the festive harmonies have un-
fortunately, degraded to discord, conflict, abuse and brawl ― and no matter how much our
15 trying present days owe to the Nineties’ political excesses and acquisitive immoderation, the
Author’s cruel revelations, without fixing the past, cannot but inflame today’s frayed society
16 and doom the faint hope shining ahead.
17
HEARTBREAKINGLY DIVIDED THIS COUNTRY, AMERICA was and is, this
18 sadist claims, the social tissue of this once proud nation being torn off by radicals whose acts
preclude any possibility of concord and harmony, her (alas! this once proud nation’s) spleen-
19 did history, traditions, mores, habits and aspirations having became simple disposable rags at
the hands of extremists, the chief political endeavors of political parties having been reduced
20 at just destroying overnight what the adversaries have achieved during the previous day, her
(once proud nation’s) institutions having became just some wretched wards hosting nothing
21
but sleaze and partisan destructiveness, and, with the morals and all sense of common good
22 lost, her citizenry, frayed by the modernity’s corrosive assault and battered by globalism’s
voracity, have now either turned to devour one another, or plunged in wanton pleasures’ all-
23 dissolving chasm ― oh, yes, tragically astray, askew and floundering her (this once proud
nation’s) journey has became!
24 OH, YES, MY FRIENDS, heartbreakingly defenseless and riven by disunion this (once
proud) nation these days is, this sadist claims, days when hostile winds buffet her shores from
25
all quarters of the planet, days when conspiracies and malevolence surround her, days when
26 foreign hostile forces, disguised as New Values and New Normalcy spare no effort for
gaining control of her abilities to defend herself and her citizens, and work for dismantling
27 her and make her (this once proud nation) a humble servant of the New World Order!
YES, MY FRIENDS, no effort is spared for taming her (this once proud nation) by
28 foreign hostile forces, and in this dismantling effort, this sadist claims, not little contribution

[Summary of pleading] - 3
have many of our American fellows, who, enraptured by decadence’s mortal charms, have
1
abandoned their patriotic duties, allowing in that void our enemies’ sinister endeavors
2 flourish!

3 OH, YES, IMMODERATE, WANTON, HEDONISTIC, lecherous, prodigal, immodest,

amoral, obnoxious, superficial, capricious, greedy, opportunistic, quarrelsome, lewd, wicked,
4 cacophonous, utterly confused and hopelessly irredeemable this (once proud American
nation) looks, sounds and acts along this Report, this sadist shows, her (this once proud
5
nation’s) interests having degenerated in our times at their lowest, most lurid and prurient ma-
6 nifestations, she (this once proud nation), now wasting her energies frantically and single-
mindedly in activities of the basest sorts, this sadist shows!
7 YES, MY FRIENDS, activities of the basest sorts, this sadist shows -- she (this once
proud American nation), no longer allowing to be distracted from obsessive and relentless
8 sexual copulation is; she (this once proud nation) manically engaged in querulous and
vindictive conduct of the grossest and most repugnant nature is; she (this once great nation)
9
unpredictably oscillating between frantic episodes of showing each other their new cellular
10 phones and yapping in them, phones, and trance-like moments of contemplation of illusory
ownership of shiny plastic cards is; she (this once proud nation) passionately and constantly
11 preoccupied by consuming and dissemination of gossip of the basest kind is; she (this once
proud nation), lost in admiring contemplation of political besmirching and destruction
12 schemes is; she (this once proud nation) constantly plunged in a mindless buying frenzy of
little shiny things, sunglasses, of countless other trinkets with toggles, SUVs and other un-
13
necessary and normally humiliating stuff (hereinafter ‘stuff’) is; she (this once great nation),
14 lost in trivial, fleeting, superficiality and vacuity is; she (this once proud nation), wasting
most of their share of the priceless time bestowed upon them by nature’s generosity goggling
15 at TV screens, watching American Idol or reality shows of Hollywoodesque Himalayesque
ineptitude is; she (this once proud nation), terminally hypnotized by the Entertainment’
16 repulsive gods is; she (this once proud nation) absurdly accommodating the ugly, the foul,
and the perversion is; she (this once great nation) loud, superstitious, credulous, frivolous and
17
constantly swinging from tides of irrational exuberance to unexplainable fits of anger is; she
18 (this once great nation) relentlessly, publicly and tirelessly exposing their bared lactation
glands, evacuation orifices, reproduction-copulation /slots-bulbous protuberances and other
19 unseemly bared body parts to ecstatic fellow citizens is; she (this once proud nation) when
happening to lack an (always appreciative) local audience for said abominations, eagerly
20 projecting them, abominations to the appalled Cosmos via distressed electro-magnetic waves
is, this sadist shows!
21

22 AND DESPICABLE PREY to this shameful, general and frenzied disorientation, this
sadist shows, she (this once proud nation), clearly less and less able to govern itself is, oh,
23 yes, my fellow Americans, yes, yes, yes ― and as sinister, malevolent domestic and foreign
tentacles have wrestled her helm and sails ropes, she (this once proud nation), sinking deeper
24 and deeper in reprehensible, quarrelsomeness, frivolity, frippery, greed, tripe, exhibitionism,
abomination and ignominy is, this sadist shows, the ominous signs of an enormous, drastic,
25
incoming punishment being wantonly ignored!
26
INDEED, only the simple enumeration of these odious and despicable habits and mani-
27 festations would bring tears in the eyes of the, dwindling numbers as they are, decent, law-
abiding, patriotic and God fearing Americans! Yet the keen research, comprehensive body of
28 observations, access at highly classified scientific and governmental sources, together with

[Summary of pleading] - 4
the demonic talents of the Raport’s Author (for juridical purposes, the Report will further be
1
named Literary Effort as well), and his formidable gift for articulating larger, mind boggling
2 visions which contain myriad of vile, yet so convincing! smaller etchings, churn even more
poison on our contemporaries’ already lacerated psyches, psyches which simply cannot be
3 expected to withstand the Effort’s rendering us and our reprehensible times ― vision so mer-
ciless, so discouraging, so humiliating and so paralyzing that it indeed makes the present
4 Effort an extreme and immediate societal menace, challenging the very survival of the Ame-
rican nation. Yes, sadistically and gleefully goes on the Author, unveiling misery, ugliness
5
and abjection seeping from under all and any human enterprise occurring around, and this to
6 an unbearable cumulative and persuasive effect, putting the feelings and sanity of the decent
American folk in great jeopardy and our society under disintegration’s sign!
7
YES, EXTRAORDINARY AND DEEPLY PERNICIOUS effects the reading of this
8 Report has, and the Court will confess here that right now, as it (the Court) is editing in her
(Court’s) chambers the present NOTICE after today’s latest hearing of this matter, it (the
9
Court) is doing it with teary eyes and trembling hands, while in the courthouse, the hearing’s
10 audience who haven’t fainted yet are still loudly wailing and crying, wringing their hands,
Mrs. Odette (the clerk) is uncontrollably sobbing and mumbling strange words to herself,
11 apparently having lost her senses, and deputy sheriff Gonzales lies on the floor, felled by a
dementia attack which made him leave behind him five sad orphans and an ever-grieving wi-
12 dow, this brave man ― oh, friends, friends, my fellow Americans! Is this abysmal condition
we have reached the one in which we’ll wallow for the ages to come?
13
WHAT CAN WE say more? Well ― if this could bring some solace to your wounded
14 feelings, pride and patriotism, we (this Court) can and will now inform you that this Report
encompassing, all-dissolving and corroding descriptions are not limited only at this (once
15 proud) American nation, but often have the entire planet in their scope, displaying with a
jubilant glee an idiotic, resembling and outdoing us world, which is enthusiastically aping
16 us (once proud Americans), from stumbling around in britches lowered to the knees, to piling
up debts in this mindless, reprehensible debauchery of base senses, vanities, quarrelsomeness
17
and acquisitiveness, planet-wide grotesque Saturnalia swarming with ugly, vociferous, vain,
18 quarrelsome and irredeemable buffoons, gross Saturnalia which has deservedly gained the
utmost contempt and derision of the larger Cosmic community!
19
ALAS, while this Court for long and sadly has been staring at the irreversible descent of
20 this (once proud) American nation in ignominy, it (this Court) also can and is willing to con-
cur with the Report’s observation that the rest of the world is in an even more pathetic shape
21
than we are (the countries of Haiti, Mauritania, Zimbabwe, Londonistan, Italsudania, France-
22 ghrebia, Germanistan or Burma come to mind as good examples). Yet, unfortunately, this
situation doesn’t simplify the Court’s position in our painful matter, where the Court, after
23 finding the Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher’s legal prayers and requests legitimate,
of national interest and of great urgency, it (this Court) has found also itself tragically caught
24 between the Scylla’s temptation of trying to hide or smother in the name of the (unfortu-
nately, so completely undeserving) public interest the Effort’s devastating revelations (an
25
ethically unacceptable position), and the Caribda of allowing them, terrible revelations, be
26 wholesale dumped over the heads of this wretched and godless nation (and equally worthless
planet), and so creating the conditions for even worse confusion, discord, commotion, anar-
27 chy and disturbance in this country and elsewhere, situation doubtlessly further nurturing the
vile spectrum of active flaws, wickedness, vices and barbarity this human race is so abund-
28 antly endowed with, and as such nothing but fulfilling Misanthropy Institute’s sociopathic

[Summary of pleading] - 5
visions presented in MISANTHROPY’S EVER-EXPANDING WINGS REPORT.
1

2 INDEED a harsh predicament, these clashing philosophical choices! Yet it is this very pre-
dicament, together with the procedural duty of allowing the other, accumulating, mentioned
3 legal actions and inquiries concerning the Report and its Author to reach the re-quired
judicial maturation for the incoming and likely severe prosecutorial action against him
4 (Author) which have inspired this Court to design the following, new legal way for handling
this painful matter. This new legal approach will ensure the survival of the primacy of the
5
higher, pure juridical principle of “Truth Revealed” regardless its doubtlessly harsh
6 consequences (i.e. allowing for the Report’s further being printed and marketed), while will
also provide for a temporizing, softening complement of this “Truth Revealed” doctrine
7 meant to temporary alleviate the Report’s mentioned, terrible revelations ― this legal
approach designed by this Court for this particularly sad case being a set of binding
8 publishing instructions to be observed by both Defendant and Plaintiff, i.e., the Misan-
thropy Institute and Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher.
9

10 THESE PUBLISHING INSTRUCTIONS which attempt to maintain under control this

ugly, Literary Effort developing situation for the immediate future, on the entire continental
11 territory of the United States and its (United States’) overseas possessions, must be duly
observed under severe penalty by all involved parties, and are the following:
12 I) WHILE the Court agrees with the Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher’s legal
actions and prayers which have shown that the publication of this Report in the present form
13
is likely to have very strong negative consequences upon the Plaintiff’s business reputation,
14 as well as some greatly disruptive social consequences upon the American society and else-
where, it (the Court) has rejected the Plaintiff’s request to allow him to exit the binding
15 contract between her, Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher and the Misanthropy
Institute or alter, modify or delete passages of Literary Effort’s text deemed by her (and
16 acknowledged as such by this Court), as intently sociopathic, grossly and dangerously irres-
ponsible and posing great perils to the national well-being and interests, and has ordered her
17
(Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher) to continue to cooperate with the Misan-
18 thropy Institute in the reduced form of printing liaison, facilitator or executor, leaving
the performing of all and any further editorial services to the Misanthropy Institute and
19 to Mr. Michael Chivulescu’s malefic talents and nasty discretion;
II) HOWEVER, due to the grave public commotion which will very likely follow the
20 Report’s publishing, and in order to further soften the impact of its revelations, the Court
found necessary to have their (Publisher’s and Author’s) voices, claims and concerns
21
displayed right in this book itself, in this very present section which, because its purpose is
22 to be slapped around this Literary Effort’s hairy, unseemly mid-part of the body compulsi-
vely, unstoppably baring itself,
23 A) shall be titled JUDICIAL LOINCLOTH Attempting to Obscure the Shocking
Sight of the Unseemly Literary-Philosophical Elements of the “Misanthropy’s
24 Ever-Expanding Wings Report”, and which,
B) will contain the following exhibits:
25
Exhibit A: The present, Court’s NOTICE OF PROTECTIVE JUDICIAL STE-
26 WARDSHIP & CUSTODY, AND FEDERAL JUDICIAL EXPANSION which
warns the unsuspecting American readers who might fall for purchasing this
27 Literary Effort about the abovementioned, pending & serious legal situation;
Exhibit B: The PUBLISHER’S PRAYER FOR VIGOROUS JUDICIAL IN-
28 TERVENTION & LEGAL ACTION AND DISCLOSURE OF MOTIVATI-

[Summary of pleading] - 6
ONS, REBUTTAL & DISCLAIMER, which will present to the American Read-
1
ers the reasons behind Publisher’s attempt to stop the Report’s dissemination;
2 Exhibit C: The AUTHOR’S LETTER OF APPEASEMENT & WARRANT-
IES TO THE APPREHENSIVE AMERICAN READER which will present to
3 the American reader the Author’s view on this matter for exonerating him,

4 … and, as a last point of this judicial order, in an attempt to provide the American citizenry
with an (alas! hopefully cathartic) vision of Justice’ discouraged struggle for injecting a mini-
5
mal degree of decency and dignity in this ugly, nation encroaching and deeply humiliating
6 MISANTHROPY’S EVER-EXPANDING WINGS affair, this Court has:
III) selected from said work’s body several situations and representations deemed (by the
7 Court) as being highly illustrative for the Report’s intently antisocial, acute wickedness
and exceedingly incendiary and irresponsible content (representations selected regardless
8 their current judicial status, that is, regardless whether they have been brought or not [else-
where/yet] to Justice’ severe attention by a plaintiff or another), then the Court has instructed
9
Misanthropy Attractions to:
10 A) flag them, irresponsible representations, in the body of the Effort’s text,
B) then to integrate in the Literary Effort’s explanative apparatus some unambiguous,
11 (Misanthropy), pertinent, comprehensive, justificative and apologetic comments
notes in which, he
12 a) will address each of the selected incendiary passages and explain in non-un-
certain terms to the American reader the origin(s) of that or that particular
13
inflammatory representation,
14 b) and whether (and how) that particular representation makes for (or not) the
substance of a current legal action against Misanthropy Attractions and this
15 Effort elsewhere, this legal action attempting to limit the damage done to
this nation (and to the few other, small islands of civilization left on this
16 planet), by the content of said findings and representations,
c) allowing the Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed Publisher to participate in these
17
explanative apparatus notes (in case she, Deeply Turmoiled & Distressed
18 Publisher chooses to do so), with her own rebuttals or critical observations
which could further alert the American reader about the grave implications
19 (or of the tenuousness) of the Author’s findings and irresponsible repre-
sentations.
20 d) and to insert in the body of this Narrative an updated notice which will bring
to the Readers;’ attention the (constantly expanding) list of Plaintiffs in this
21
matter(s), as of the date of the print.
