1. Title
Plastic ropes with recycled bottles.
2. Problem Statement:
The large number of bottles used daily by students, teachers, administrative
and service staff within in the ESPOCH, which are thrown in the trash,
generates an environmental problem.
3. Objectives:
3.1 General:
Reuse of plastic bottles used by students, teachers, administrative and
service staff in the Espoch.
3.2 Specifics:
 Develop a machine capable of generating plastic ropes from
bottles.
 Make use of plastic ropes.
4. Justification:
The recycling of plastic is very important because plastic bottles can take
between 700 to 1000 years to degrade naturally in addition to needing large
quantities of oil for processing. A part of the bottles ends up becoming a big
island of garbage in the middle of the ocean.
The main objective of recycling is the reduction of the volume of plastic waste
generated in the ESPOCH. Through recycling we can create new products
that can be used in various activities
5. Theoretical Framework:

Plastic waste is a big problem every day for large cities that do not know what to
do with so much waste that is a source of bad odors, infections and diseases,
besides being a problem of collection and storage that costs a lot of money.

More recent studies show that the average annual plastic pollution in the country,
according to ANIPAC, is 3.8 million tons, increasing according to its production.
Currently, plastic is essential in our life, it is made by oil, a nonrenewable element,
therefore it is becoming more expensive.

For recycling, they are classified according to their characteristics, so their

recycling is usually separate. This classification must be done at the origin of the
waste, such as homes, educational centers, health centers, offices, etc.

In recent years, the reuse and processing of plastic bottles has been organized
in such a way that the day will come when waste will be a source of wealth for
the communities that generate it. (Rodríguez, 2014)

6. Procedure: you explain what your proposal to solve this problem is. The
procedure. You can write steps of what you can do to help our society solve
this problem.
7. Conclusions and Recommendations:
Conclusions
 In the ESPOCH, it is necessary to recycle the plastic bottles that are used
daily to protect the environment and the image of the university.
 The elaboration of plastic ropes with plastic bottles is a good option for all
people because it is easy to do and at a very cheap cost.
 The plastic cords have different home uses and improve the manual skills of
people.
Recommendations:
 Put flashy trash cans in different places of the Espoch that motivate students
and staff to recycle plastic bottles.
 Make sure plastic bottles go empty for better mobility.
 When working with plastic ropes, work quietly and safely.
