ABSTRAK

Pembelajaran di Wira Bhakti Gorontalo. Skripsi. Program Studi Manajemen
Pendidikan, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo,
Pembimbing I (Prof. Dr. Phil. Ikhfan Haris, M.Sc), dan Pembimbing II (Dr.
Arwildayanto, M.Pd).

Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan e-learning dalam


pembelajaran di SMA Terpadu Wira Bhakti Gorontalo ditinjau dari aspek : (1)
Kemampuan Guru dalam menjalankan e-learning. (2) Pemanfaatan Mulitimedia
Learnes Style (Fasilitas Multimedia) untuk pembelajaran e-learning. (3) Dynamic
Updating (Pembaruan Materi Secara Online) dalam pembelajaran e-learning. (4)
Interaksi Kelas dalam pembelajaran e-learning.(5) Easy Accessibility dalam
pembelajaran e-learning. (6) Keaktifan Siswa dalam pembelajaran e-learning.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian
deskriptif eksplanatori. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu:
(1) kuisioner ; (2) observasi ; (3) dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menujukan : (1) kemampuan guru dalam menjalankan e-
learning berada pada kategori baik sebesar 84.09 %.(2) Pemanfaatan mulitimedia
learnes style (fasilitas multimedia) untuk pembelajaran ie-learning berada pada
kategori cukup baik sebesar 79.74 %. (3) Dynamic Updating (Pembaruan Materi
Pembelajaran Secara Online) dalam pembelajaran e-learning berada pada kategori
cukup baik sebesar 79.45 %. (4) Interkasi Kelas dalam pembelajaran e-learning
berada pada kategori cukup baik 77.85 %.(5) Easy Accessibility dalam
pembelajaran e-learning berada pada kategori cukup baik sebesar 74.52 %. (6)
Keaktifan Siswa dalam pembelajaran e-learning berada pada kategori cukup baik
sebesar 75.70 %.
Dari hasil penelitian ini maka disarankan, (1) Perlu dilakukan pelatihan
berkelanjutan bagi Guru SMA Terpadu Wira Bakti Gorontalo sehingga dapat
meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menjalankan pembelajaran berbasis e-
learning. (2) Pihak sekolah agar mempersiapkan fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran
e-learning serta seperti rencana pembelajaran yang lebih sistematis agar pada saat
pelaksanaan pembelajaran e-learning tidak mengalami kesulitan. (3) Untuk
menunjang pembelajaran e-learning pihak sekolah agar memperhatikan akses
internet maupun intranet agar tidak mudah mengalami gangguan.

Research Objectives: To know the utilization of e-learning in learning in


Integrated High School Wira Bhakti Gorontalo viewed from aspects: (1) The
ability of teachers in running e-learning. (2) Utilization of Mulitimedia Learnes
Style for e-learning learning. (3) Dynamic Update (Material Updates Online) in
e-learning learning. (4) Class Interaction in e-learning learning. (5) Easy
accessibility in e-learning learning. (6) Student Activity in e-learning learning.
This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory descriptive research
type. Conducting data in this research are: (1) questionnaire; (2) observation (3)
documentation.
The results of this research are: (1) the ability of teachers to run e-learning
in good category is 84,09%. (2) Utilization mulitimedia learning style
(multimedia facilities) for learning that is learning in good enough category
equal to 79,74%. (3) Dynamic Updates (Updates of Learning Materials Online)
in e-learning learning in the category is quite good at 79.45%. (4) Class
Intercation in e-learning learning is in good enough category 77,85%. (5) Easy
accessibility in e-learning learning is in good enough category of 74.52%. (6)
Student Activity in e-learning learning is in good enough category equal to
75,70%.
From the results of this study then, (1) Continuous training needs for
Integrated High School Teachers Wira Bakti Gorontalo Province can improve
teachers' ability in running e-learning based learning. (2) the urgent function of
e-learning learning support schools and e-learning more effective learning has
no difficulty. (3) To support e-learning learning of the school for internet or
intranet access so as not to be easily disturbed.
