SUBJECT : Request for installation of programs/applications.

I am writing this letter to ask for your approval to install the following
programs/ applications to the desktop computers of the Technical staff of my office.

 Viber: This would facilitate communication among us at our office. We are having a
hard time to communicate during office hours due to poor signal reception.
 Adobe Acrobat: This would facilitate editing, merging and creation of PDF files.
 Google Drive, Dropbox and Box: These cloud storage programs would facilitate data
storage and sharing among us. It would also increase our productivity because we can
access our files anywhere at any time.
