2. Setup Infusion set

1) Input infusion set brand NAME

Ⅰ- 5. IV EDITOR (Input brand name of infusion set to use)

IV SET NUMBER
(select number of using IV SET with numerical Keys : 1~10 available)

Select each Alphabet with “Í KEY , Î KEY” and “SEL KEY”.

Save name of IV set brand with “START KEY”

“.”KEY – Check IV set brand name in order

“SEL” KEY - Save each Alphabet for new brand of IV set.

2) Setup KD VALUE and DROP number

4. KD SET

1. IV SET – Brand name of IV set, Change brand name with “↑KEY and ↓KEY”
2. KD SET – KD Value, each IV set has different KD value.
Setup with numerical KEY
3. DROP SET – Setup number of DROP for IV set

After setup the value above,

Setup 4. FLOW RATE , 5. DEL.VOLUME and press “START KEY” to measure delivery
volume(infused volume).

Setup “KD SET” – KD value is different for each IV set brand.

Inside diameter 3.5 – Start with KD value 148. Test infusion accuracy adjusting KD
value around 148(increase and decrease the value from 148). Test accuracy for each
KD value and find correct value which accuracy is within 5%. Save the correct KD value.

Inside diameter 3 - Start with KD value 134. Test infusion accuracy adjusting KD
value around 148(increase and decrease the value from 134). Test accuracy for each
KD value and find correct value which accuracy is within 5%. Save the correct KD value.

Inside diameter 2.5 - Start with KD value 101. Test infusion accuracy adjusting KD
value around 148(increase and decrease the value from 101). Test accuracy for each
KD value and find correct value which accuracy is within 5%. Save the correct KD value.

(*) As KD value is getting increased, infused volume is getting decreased.

3) Setup “BUBBLE VALUE”

1. Install an empty infusion set and press “SEL KEY”

There displays value under 0 ~ 3.
2. Install an infusion set filled with water, and press “SEL KEY”
There displays value over 200.

SET displays the half value of total value for “YES AIR” and “NO AIR”.
Save 2/3 of displayed value for SET with “↓KEY” and press “SEL Key”

4) OCCLUSION SET - need pressure gauge

1. IV SET – Infusion set brand name, Change brand name with “↑KEY” and “↓KEY”.

5. OL. – Sensor setup value at 4.5PSI

6. OH. – Sensor setup value at 14.5PSI
8. 4.5PSI – Sensor increasing value when motor is rotating.
9. 14.5PSI – Sensor increasing value when motor is rotating.

① Install infusion set. Connect infusion set with pressure gauge.

② Setup infusion set with “↑ ,↓ KEY”
③ Press “SEL KEY” one more time and present OCC sensor value is displayed at 2. ADC.
④ Press “SEL KEY” once again. Motor is rotating and press “SEL KEY” when pressure
gauge pressure reaches 4.5PSI.
⑤ Press “SEL KEY” to move 9.14.5PSI. Motor is rotating and press “SEL KEY” when
pressure gauge reaches 14.5PSI. Value for 145PSI is increased. Press “SEL KEY”
when pressure value reaches into 1.45. Press SEL button when pressure gauge reaches
to 1.45.

As soon as the process is done in order, setup value is displayed again. If there is any
incorrect process, there will be Error message.
