AFFIDAVIT OF BUYER/TRANSFEREE

I, HELEN M. SCHULTZ, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Amparo,

Macrohon, So. Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That throughout the Philippines, I own a total aggregate landholdings

including the area of 3,478 Sq.M. that I am acquiring from Gliceria M.
Timbang by virtue of Extra Judicial Settlement with Adjudication of Sole
Heir and Absolute Sale, notarized by Atty. Neil Arvin B. Obligado, dated
January 30, 2015 with Doc No. 15, Page No. 3, Book No. III, Series of 2015,
does not exceed five (5) hectares;

2. That this transfer is not intended to circumvent the aggregate agricultural

landholding ceiling rule;

3. That this landholdings is not tenanted nor under agricultural leasehold;

4. That in case the land is under and agricultural leasehold/tenanted prior to

the transfer and the previous owner failed to inform the agricultural
lessee, they will immediately inform the said lessee in writing of such
transfer and that they are waiving the defence for purposes of redemption
cases under Section 12 of RA 3844 as amended of the registration of their
title as judicial notice to the lessee as to the fact of transfer;

5. That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with AO No 6, Series of

2016.
