Dear Ma’am Sebastian,

Good day! I am Mecaelah S. Palaganas, one of the residents in Kamia Residence Hall, A.Y. 2017-
2018. I wasn’t able to get a clearance before May 23, but I intend to stay here in the dormitory in
Midyear 2018.

The primary reason is, my parents was not able to send me money for the payment of my
balances here in the dorm such as water fee and a one-month board and electricity fee before that date.
My younger brother and my mother were under a medication that’s why they put that into a priority.
Please allow me to still be your resident until midyear. I am sorry for my short coming. Rest assured that
I will accomplish everything as soon as possible. I hope you understand my situation.
