After Sales Support:
Sycorax Technology will provide standard with 24*5 days of week at working hour
technical support from the date of hosting. Also Support Hotline in 017181783321 of
24*6 days of week.
It means that if the site does not work properly due to the technical problem Sycorax
Technology will try to solve the problem within next 24 working hours. Further terms
can be discussed before issuing the work order.
If Sycorax Technology wants to enjoy any higher-level of after sales support that
also can be discussed while issuing the work order and that is subject to additional
costs.
Terms & Condition
 Customer Service free of cost for three month Along with report generation &
Modification.
 Customer Service will have charged after three months along with report
generation& Modification.
 On receipt of the work order develop of this software what will install the
software within schedule time.
 Any other concern for both parties will arrange meeting and take decision
mutually.
 Service cost will add after bi-lateral discuss for adding new features.
