On-site common problem handling and debugging experience

Elevator commissioning process:

The commissioning and running phase of the elevator must be carried out in the absence of the
hoistway and the car! So as not to have an accident.

1. Mechanical installation, electrical wiring inspection The

correct installation of each component is an important guarantee to ensure the comfort of the
elevator operation, the installation of the door system, the cooperation of the PAD sensor and the
plug-in board, the cooperation of the terminal switch frame and the collision bow. Strictly follow the
system wiring and correct wiring, especially

2. Encoder inspection: The installation is stable, the shielded wire is used, the wiring must be
arranged with the power line slot, and the independent metal protection tube is taken. The pulse
signal fed back by the encoder is accurate. An important guarantee of control.

3. Power check: Check the bus capacity, three-phase five-wire system; voltage fluctuations are
within the standard range.

4. Grounding check: Check the grounding PE and the resistance of each power terminal should
be infinite. Check the resistance of the wiring terminals of all elevators and the control cabinet inlet PE
ground as small as possible.

5. Power-on check: measure the power supply voltage of each control according to the drawing;
check whether the parameter setting of F5 group is consistent with the function requirements of each
point of the drawing. Check whether the parameter settings of F0 group, F1 group, F6 group and F8
group meet the requirements of this contract.

6. Inspection and test run: check each input, output signal, running direction, encoder counting
direction, communication is normal.

7. Door system debugging: Whether the manual control door control is normal, the switch door
should be smooth, there should be no impact when closing the door, if it can adjust the crawling
speed or deceleration time.

Mechanically, it is necessary to consider the size of the door self-recovery, the door knife and the
door ball of each door to ensure that each hall door runs freely.

8. Express train debugging: ensure the smooth flow of the well, complete the installation of
mechanical and electrical components, without any short wiring; the electrical wiring and parameters
are set correctly.

Well self-learning; weighing self-learning; using the main control board keypad F1 group function
or operating keyboard F7 test function, enter the single-layer test run, observe the running state and
whether the door system is executed as required. After the correct completion, perform other related
functional tests. Finally, the overall machine comfort is debugged.

In addition to the "troubleshooting and countermeasures" in the commissioning manual, I will add
some solutions to common problems.

1. How do elevators with a floor height of 2 floors complete the self-learning of the shaft?

On-site description: After the elevator completes the self-learning of the well, it can run at high
speed. However, after power-on, the NICE3000 will appear E35 and cannot run at high speed.
The reason for the problem: The elevator has only 2 floors, and the self-learning of the well is
started on the first floor. Therefore, after the well self-learning, the number of the leveling plate pulses
F4-05 is 0. The system will verify the floor pulse every time the power is turned on. It is found that the
number of the board pulse is 0, which indicates E35.

Remedy: Open the elevator to the bottom floor, get out of the door area, and then re-run the
well.

2, Synchronous machine

hoistway self-learning report E35 site description: After the elevator conducts the hoistway self-
learning, each time to the second leveling board, immediately report E35 prompt.

The cause of the problem: In addition to the PG card (MCTC-PG-B), the NICE3000 synchronous
machine (the CN6) is the basis for the system to record the rotary encoder pulse, but it is not the A
corresponding to the PGA; the B corresponds to the PGB. This is related to the way the unit is
installed. Therefore, in the process of self-learning of the hoistway, when the second leveling board
comes, the number of pulses recorded in the system is 0 or negative, and E35 is immediately
prompted.

Remedy: Adjust the wiring of the PG card to CN6. Use the inspection operation to check F4-03,
confirm that the number of pulses is increasing in the elevator uplink; in the downlink, the number of
pulses is decreasing.

Appendix: All causes of E35

Before starting: 1, the current floor data of F4-01 is inconsistent with the bottom layer data of F6-
01 elevator. 2, the next level of forced deceleration is invalid. 3, F0-00=0, open loop mode. If the up
and down buttons are always active or the door is opened and the door is closed, the self-learning
operation will not be possible.

In operation:

1. The service switch is not in the inspection position.

2. If the operation is in the same direction within the time set by F9-02, the door area signal will
not be received and the elevator will report E35.

This parameter setting is less than 3S. This function is invalid and is not detected.

If there is a super-long floor hoistway self-learning, the F9-02 parameter should be set to less
than 3S, and after the self-learning is completed, it will be changed to 45S.

3, the floor height is less than 500mm.

4. The current floor is inconsistent with the highest level at the end of self-learning.

3, after the synchronous machine stops the brake, the elevator slips on-

site description: During the debugging of the synchronous machine on site, it is found that the car
has the feeling of rolling at the same time every time the parking brake is stopped.

The cause of the problem: There is a difference between the synchronous machine and the
asynchronous machine at the moment of the brake parking. It is not acceptable to maintain the time
with the same torque. Because the synchronous machine has no transmission damping, it is easy to
slip if the zero speed torque is not extended at the moment of the brake.

Remedy: Change the F8-11=0.2 second default parameter to 0.4 seconds on site.

4, E38 prompts appear in the


elevator. On-site description: The elevator starts in the door area and does not run the car. It
reports E38 fault and opens the door. Check the fault information record and find that the speed has
reached the rated speed and the current exceeds the rated current.

The cause of the problem: When the elevator is started in the door zone, the brake is not fully
opened. The encoder signal is not received during the encoder detection time set by F1-13, and the
speed command and the drive elevator current have been issued within this time. value.

Remedy: Check if the brake power supply is normal; check whether the auxiliary points of all
contactors controlled by the brake circuit are abnormal. Check that the encoder is being used
correctly. Increase the brake open detection switch to detect and judge, if the detection does not
pass, immediately report E37 fault.

Appendix: All causes of E38

1, F0-00=0

2, the pulse collected by the control system is opposite to the running direction or the error is
large

3, the pulse of the encoder in operation does not change

4. The encoder pulse number F1-12 is set incorrectly.

5, Synchronous drive control system, if the brake cannot be opened, it may report E20 or E38
code disc failure.

5, E48, E49

scene description of elevators often appear : elevators in the door area reported E48, E49
failure.

The cause of the problem: E48 is the door opening failure. The reason is that during the door
opening process, the door opening signal is not received. After repeated opening the door, when the
door opening times exceed FB-09, E48 is prompted; E49 is the door closing failure, the reason is
After closing the door for a period of time, it did not receive the signal of the door lock pass. After
several times closing the door and exceeding FB-09, it prompts E49.

Remedy: Look for the door machine, door lock, etc., if FB-9=0 is set. This type of fault will not be
prompted, but the door will open and close without stopping.

6, parallel ladder often appears E51

field description: E51 prompt appears in the case of parallel application

Problem Cause: The problem is that the system's Canbus communication is affected by
interference and normal communication data.

Remedy: The grounding wire is arranged once; the terminal resistance is used properly; check
the DIP switch, whether it is reliable, can be dialed again; whether the communication shielding wire
or twisted pair is used correctly; the communication line cannot be lined up with the power line; The
code switch is correctly set according to the parallel ladder type.

7, method of reducing elevator running speed

Description of the scene: 1.6m / s elevator will reduce the speed to 1m / s. The NICE3000 has
shown 1m/s, but it feels that the elevator speed is still very high.

The cause of the problem: The site misunderstood the meaning of F0-03 (maximum speed of the
elevator) and F0-04 (rated speed of the elevator).

W0-04=F0-03=1m/s, so the elevator shows 1m/s. The actual speed of the elevator is still
1.6m/s. F0-04 is the nominal speed of the elevator. This parameter is determined by the elevator's
machinery and traction machine, so this parameter cannot be changed. To run at a slower speed,
only F0-03 can be changed.

Remedy: F0-04=1.6m/s; F0-03=1m/s. At this point the elevator is running at 1m/s.

8, the car top input type F5-25 will not set the

scene description: NICE3000 in the car top input point type setting (F5-25) can define the light
curtain, open door in place and other signals for the normally open or normally closed type, then
press the binary Turn decimal, but the field debugger often does not count this parameter.

Remedy: In this case, in fact, we have specified that except for the full load switch set to "1"
normally open, the remaining inputs, such as overload, closing, door opening, closing the door (must
be closed by default) are set to Normally closed, at this time F5-25=64. If there is any problem, check
the switch wiring (open or closed). If there is a special door opener in place, the wiring can only be
connected normally, then F5-25=76.

9, E3, E04

scene description of elevator operation occasionally : E03, E04 fault prompts appear when the
elevator is in normal operation.

The cause of the problem: The elevator can operate normally, indicating that the NICE3000
integrated system is normal. Generally, in this case, the possible reason is that the encoder is loose,
or the disconnected wire or the integrated output power line wiring is loose.

Remedy: Reconnect the connection of the contactor and the connection of the entire main
circuit.

All causes of E02, E03, E04:

A. Check if the motor parameters are correct. F1-01~05 is set according to the motor nameplate.

B. Check if the encoder parameters are correct, and the number of pulses per revolution is set
correctly.

C. Check whether the parameters of the encoder angle learning are correct, and whether the
values learned several times are equal.

D. Check if the wiring of the encoder is correct.

E. Measure the resistance between the three phases of the motor without missing phase and
phase, and the three-phase resistance is approximately equal.

F. Is the model parameter FF-01 set correctly?

10, the elevator appears uneven, occasionally reported E02, E03, E04, insufficient driving force

Description: Synchronous elevators appear uneven, occasionally reported E02, E03, E04,
insufficient driving force, etc.

Cause: Maintenance elevator replace the motherboard or factory When the power setting of the
FF-01 on the main board does not match the power setting of the inverter itself.

Remedy: Check whether the inverter nameplate power is consistent with the internal
motherboard FF-01 power setting.
FF-01 corresponds to power: 11 corresponds to 3.7KW; 12 corresponds to 5.5KW; 13
corresponds to 7.5KW; 14 corresponds to 11KW; 15 corresponds to 15KW; 16 corresponds to
18.5KW; 17 corresponds to 22KW; 18 corresponds to 30; 19 corresponds to 37KW

11, asynchronous elevator There are uneven layers in the operation process.

On-site description: Run multiple layers of leveling, but run a single layer of elevator unevenness,
the difference is 5~6 mm

. Reasons:

Exclusion method: A, check motor nameplate parameters, re-motor self-learning; B, check F2


group Parameter, high speed I should not be greater than 0.7; C, increase the end of deceleration F3-
06 time; D, set the F3-09 parameter to 5 as appropriate.

Other related reasons: When replacing the motherboard, please confirm the version number of
the program in the motherboard. The synchronization and asynchronous board versions cannot be
used interchangeably. Please check the FA-04 and FA-05 version numbers.

12, elevator maintenance operation speed is greater than 0.1ms immediately reported E02, E03
fault

Scene Description: When the repair speed is greater than 0.1ms, report E02, E03. It can be run
when the speed is reduced to less than 0.1ms.

The cause of the problem: The elevator can operate normally, indicating that there is no problem
with the system. It is related to the overcurrent detection point. When the emergency power signal is
valid, the inverter judges that the system load is judged based on the overcurrent point under the
220V power supply.

Remedy: Check that the elevator is in normal use, and whether the MCTC-MCB-A board UPS
input detection signal is valid. Check whether the F5 group input parameters have defined UPS
parameters, redefine or signal inversion.

13, the asynchronous elevator is running normally, but it is not allowed to do the 110% overload
test.

On-site description: The elevator is all normal, but the technical supervision bureau can't start up
when it is overloaded when testing.

The cause of the problem: The drive controller does not fully recognize the motor, and does not
achieve true closed-loop control. Many of the motor's parameter controllers cannot detect and
control. This affects start-up and comfort operation.

Remedy: Do a control system to statically tune the motor. Let the controller get the specific
parameters of F1-06 to F1-10.

14, weighing compensation, the starting effect is unstable, with various working conditions
changes

Description of the scene: weighing compensation, starting effect is unstable, with various working
conditions change

Solution:

A, to ensure that the weighing signal changes linearly with the load.

(1) Observe the value of F8-05 and see if the load cell is installed correctly. If the FE-33 is set to
use eight-bit AD sampling, adjust the sensor distance so that F8-05=80~90 is the best when no-load.
. After loading the self-learning, observe that F8-07 must ensure that the upper limit AD value is not
sampled 255. Otherwise you can't report the overload.

(2) Ensure that the weighing signal does not change with the position of the load inside the
car. Check that the load cell is installed in the center of the car and that the four rubbers change
evenly.

(3) Check if the weighing signal changes with the floor change.

For elevators with higher floors, if the compensation chain is fixed on the bottom channel steel,
due to the installation position, the deformation of the car bottom compensation chain may cause
distortion of the car bottom channel, because the sensor is also installed on the car bottom. On the
beam, the distortion of the channel may cause a change in the measured value of the sensor. It can
be considered that the weighing device is installed far away from the compensation chain lever and
re-weighing.

B. Check if the rubber deformation stroke of the car bottom is large enough, and the deformation
that is too small affects the accuracy of the measurement. Self-study should ensure that the
difference between F8-07 and F8-06 is above 20.

C. Check whether the F8-05 changes with the load in time, that is, check whether the car bottom
can be freely compressed and quickly recovered with the change of the load. It may be considered to
check whether the straight beam rubber clamping installation of the car and the gantry frame is
properly installed, and the installation should be as free as possible from the external force. Otherwise
it will not only affect the start-up, but also the entire high-speed operation is not comfortable.

D. If the above conditions are consistent with the starting effect of the elevator and the load
changes, the effect of starting less people is better. When the number of people is too long, the
starting effect is not good, or if there are many people who are not good, then the adjustment of F8-02
is incorrect. Please cooperate. F8-03, F8-04, according to the middle floor adjustment, calculate the
correct F8-02.

E. If the starting effect changes with the floor, please check whether the compensation chain is
installed in place. The lifting effect caused by the weight of the wire rope and the weight difference
between the wire rope and the compensation chain is unstable, and the problem cannot be solved
from the root cause. The start effect can be adjusted according to the top layer to maximize the
impact of the weight difference. The underlying effect can alleviate the impact of the start due to the
deformation of the large length of the wire rope.

15, safety, door-to-door, elevator can not run fast, slow car

Problem Description: Safety, door pass, elevator can not run fast, slow car

Solution:

A, through the F5-35 to observe whether the door closing signal is valid, the door is in place by
default Closed point, no wiring is valid by default. If the door closing signal is connected, please set
F5-25 according to the type of closing door, make the door closing signal valid

B, and observe whether the door opening signal is valid through F5-35, if it is in the door area.
When the range open signal is valid. When the elevator is running, the door closing signal is output.
When the door opening input is valid, the elevator cannot output the door closing signal, so the
elevator cannot operate. Solution: Observe the reason why the door open input is valid, check
whether the button is stuck or the command board input point is shorted or the command board itself
is faulty.

16, freight elevator overload switch wiring in the machine room how to wire

On-site description: The freight elevator overload switch is connected to the control system
directly in the equipment room because it is installed in the equipment room.
Solution: A. If the switch is in the normal closed point, connect the common point of the control
cabinet to +24V, and the other point to the MCTC-MCB board, such as X24, and set the function code
F5-24 to 46. Weighing input selection F6-36 is 0. B. If it is a magnetic induction switch output form,
add a set of 24V power supply (+24V, GND). The switch uses the normally closed point and the wiring
method is the same as A.

17, how to correctly use UPS rolling rescue

site description: synchronous elevator stops in the non-door area, after the rescue mode is
switched to the manual state, after the utility power is cut off, the UPS has been supplied to the
control system after the JUP is closed, but the elevator cannot Achieve self-leveling rescue
function. Switch the switch to emergency electric, press the elevator up or down.

The cause of the problem: Although the JUP contactor is closed, the inverter is also powered by
the UPS. However, the main control board does not detect the feedback signal of the JUP or the JUP
feedback signal, but the internal settings of the system are incorrect. In other words, the control
system does not consider entering the emergency rescue mode.

Remedy: Confirm that the X20 signal is sampled correctly, and F5-20 is set to 59 (the signal is
normally closed).

Confirm that F5-31 is set to automatically switch between 13 power failure emergency operation,
and automatic output Y6 is valid when power is off.

Correct operation method:

1. When the rescue mode is manual: the elevator stops in the non-door area, the elevator is in
the normal state (non-overhaul) to pull down the total power supply; the JUP automatically pulls the
power supply to the control system; the control system detects that the JUP feedback signal is valid,
Automatically open the brake, leave the car to the leveling area, open the door and let people call.

the normal state (non-overhaul) to pull down the total power supply; the JUP will be automatically

Remedy: To completely solve this problem, first of all, mechanical installation should be carried
out to confirm whether each door door ball is on a vertical line, and the distance between the door
knife and the door ball should be 5~8mm, so the elevator is safe and will not be used. The gateball
caused a malfunction.

According to this situation, adjust the deceleration bistable switch again or reduce the crawling
speed D27 frequency.

20, the other floors of the elevator will open the door, the door or the top floor will not open the
door

. Description: The elevator does not open to the ground floor or the top floor.

The cause of the problem: the normal operation of the elevator is forced to the lower limit switch,
and the E44 fault should be reported.

Remedy: Re-adjust the upper and lower terminal switch frames and re-write the layer high data.

21, elevator running to the end station often has rapid deceleration phenomenon

Description: The elevator runs to the end station often has rapid deceleration phenomenon

. Reason: After the elevator finishes the layer height, although it can run the express
train. However, in order to be safer to use, the elevator must detect the position and operating state of
the switch frame every time at high speed. This problem is the possibility that the deceleration switch
has two movements when the elevator reaches the end station deceleration. Or check if the F3-
12~F3-17 strong change switch data is written.

Remedy: Re-adjust the distance between the switch frame and the bow. It is also necessary to
check if the bow is bent.

22, the elevator stops, continue to report E20 failure.


On-site description: Synchronous elevator is in the stop state, and continues to report E20 fault.

The cause of the problem: The reason is that dsp judges the received angle signal U+/-; V+/-;
W+/- three-phase signals are all high-level, or all low-level.

Remedy: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the PG card terminal, U+ and U- (red
meter amount +, black meter amount -, pay attention to the positive and negative voltage value
measured); voltage value between V + and V -; The voltage value between W+ and W-. There must
be one difference between the measured voltage and the other two. If the three phases are the same,
the signal fed back by the encoder is incorrect, and 20 faults should be reported. The measured
amplitude should be around 3V. The

auxiliary detection method: If the signal from the encoder feedback is correct, please check or
replace the pg card to the bottom flat cable. Since the cable socket is tight, it may be caused by more
plugging and unplugging. Internal disconnection. If there is no problem with the flat cable, if you
replace the pg card, you can't judge the replacement of the bottom layer. At present, 20 faults caused
by damage to the article, the encoder causes more, the cable is second, and the PG card or the
bottom layer is very few.

23, how to set the brake (brake) open switch

On-site description: The NICE3000 system needs to detect the brake open switch and does not
know how to set it.

Solution: The input terminals of the NICE3000 have this definition setting. There are two wiring
methods.

1. The two switches are normally closed. One end is connected to the MCTC-MCB board X21,
the other end is connected to the terminal +24V, and the system setting F5-21 is set to 58.

2. The two switch strings are normally open, one end is connected to the X21 of the MCTC-MCB
board, and the other end is connected to the terminal block +24V. System setting F5-21 setting
26. This function will not be used when F5-21 is set to 0.

24, Panasonic door controller (NSFC01-01)

site description: Panasonic door controller NSFC01-01 bistable deceleration. There is no


deceleration during the process of opening and closing the door.

Solution: Check if the control mode P09 is correct; check if the P43 input signal logic is correct.
