Introduction
Aparato is an Online Business of 6 individuals. This business if a place for all Social
Media users under Facebook, Instagram, twitter, and much more. This is a business that
offer affordable prices to customers who are trying to look for affordable prices, but online.
This store is reliable in terms of availability, delivery, and affordability. This online shop
offers gadgets that are similar yet unusual to individuals here in Zamboanga City. These
Gadgets are at the top of the line but are sold more expensive in Zamboanga City; the
Aparato offers it more affordable than the original price from any enterprise here in
Zamboanga City. Aparato is owned by Dain Kim, Therese Llenado, Jordan Chia, Pete
Cabañog, Jiego Tan, and Nikhael Lopez Vito. And is managed by Dain kim. The online
business can make the customers decide on what they would like to purchase and can
ordered through a personal message to the team. They can order anything as long as
there is availability in the online shop itself. The Aparato is an online business under social
media applications such as Facebook, twitter, and intsagram.

II. Objectives of the Proposed Project


- To find out if the project is feasible to operate as an online shop in Zamboanga
City.
- To provide detailed information of business model that needed to start up a
business.
- To study the risks and to spot opportunities for improvement of the project

III. Industry Performance


- The industry that we are entering is not much of risk for our products is unique to
the area. We are surely to attract potential customers who are curious about or
products. Even if we are a new firm with the experience and the knowledge we
have and with our diverse product lines and affordable goods we will surely have
our share of the market that we can capitalize.

a. What do you offer?
- Our business offers two different types of electronic product which is USB
with 1TB of storage.
b. How different is your product/service?
Product Description
1. USB 1TB 2.0 It is a USB with the capacity of 1TB.
2. OTG UST Stick 1TB It is a multifunctional USB that can be
used for Smart Phone as well with the
capacity of 1TB.

c. How special is your product/service?


- Our products are USB with big capacity of 1TB with very affordable price.
d. What is unique about your product/service?
- Our products are composed of multifunctional flash drive with capacity 1TB
which is hardly found in Zamboanga.

2. Customer Segments:
a. Who are your customers?
- Online shoppers who use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
b. Where are they?
- Our customers will be mostly based on Zamboanga City but shipping to
other area is possible which shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
c. Can you describe them?
- Our customers are the online shoppers who are willing to purchase USB
in Zamboanga and also from other locations within Philippines.
3. Customer Relationships:
a. How do you build customer relationships, like loyalty to your product/service?
- Our company build customer relationship by prioritizing customer
satisfaction and checking out their feedback.
b. How do you manage customer complaints?
- Customer complaints such as refund or return of the product will be
assessed and proceeded with our policy if the complaint is valid.
c. How do you get customer feedback?
- Customer feedback will be asked after the reception of the product.
d. How do you maintain and improve customer relationships?
- Customer relationship will be maintained by assuring the good quality of
the product with fast and convenient transaction.

4. Revenue Streams:
a. Where do you get your sales?
- Sales will be made from selling the product offered in our online store, an
example of a product available in the online store are USB flash drive with a
1 Terabyte capacity.
b. How do you get sales? (cash, terms, card)
- Sales will be only transacted by cash, we personally deliver our products to
our customer to ensure a great seller and customer relations. Bank deposit
by the customers who are willing to purchase the product by shipping will be
accepted.
c. How you manage your finances? Cash flow?
- Proponents will do a routine check of our inventory and monitor the inflow
and outflow of cash in the business.
5. Channels:
a. How do you distribute your products/services?
- Arrangement by meet ups with our customers to make sure that the product
is delivered properly to them and as well as shipping through LBC or JRS for
online transactions.

6. Cost Structure:
a. What are your biggest costs?
- The biggest cost for the business would be the capital in which we will get
the money to buy our product from our suppliers.
b. How do you manage costs?
- Costs will be managed by making sure of doing everything to lessen
unnecessary spending to gain more profit out of the products that we sell, thus
our products are made to order.
c. What are the risks?
- Risks are unavoidable when venturing into a business, a risk that we would
have to face is lack of exposure, thus we would have less customers buying our
products. To solve this problem, we would have to use the power of social media
to our advantage and advertise our business to gain more customer and hopefully
increase our profit.

a. Operational
- The researchers will assure that their products are high quality, unique,
and special.
b. Marketing
- Since our shop is based online, marketing will be through Social Medias
such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
c. Legal
- There is no legal activities involved in the research.

a. Suppliers
- The researchers will get their products from Lazada.
b. Distributors
- The researchers will be the distributors because they will be the one who
will deliver their products to the customers.
c. Outsource partners
- The researchers do not have an outsource partners.
d. Marketing
- Marketing will be handled by the business owners.

9. Key Resources
a. Capital/Money
-The proposed project does not need much startup capital for which it is
internet bases transactions and made to order, so the firm can save for
unnecessary expenses and avoid stocking. The only expense that the firm
will generate are electricity bills and deliveries.
b. Machines/Computer/Transportation
- Primary machines that are needed for the project are computers which
have full set (webcam, mic), fast internet service, communication devices
(cellphone, telephone, vehicles (trucks)
c. Manpower
- The firm will operate with less manpower. The firm will only hire drivers for
delivery purpose and the ones who will be handling the transactions are the
proponents which are the owners.
d. Materials
- There is no materials needed since our products are made to order.
