Process of Quality Control and Efficiency & Effectivity


Floors . The business establishment is united by its respective divisions on the same
location.
Storage/ Warehouse/Commissary . located near the Parking lot where the receiving of
shipment based on purchase orders is done.
 Delivery is efficient and effective. The Delivery Equipment use for either
shipping or receiving will be best accessible if the warehouse is near directly
to the parking lot where the Delivery vehicle will unload the items.
 Items will be verified and received by a warehouse man which he shall be
responsible for the movements of the items for cook and for drinks under the
authority of the Bar Supervisor and Chef Supervisor which they will request
and determine what should be ordered on the basis of report approved and
consulted to the General Manager. Subject to internal audit for control
 Monitoring of food/products which are perishable/expires for a short period
of time.

the kitchen where our cook can easily manage to finish his/her servings
effectively.
 Washing area has an enough space for the washers to perform in multiple
tasks.
Garbage and Waste Disposal. Kitchen has a tunnel through the garbage and waste
disposal outside the establishment. Separated classification between Biodegradable and
Non-Biodegradable

 Need not have to spend time to put away those garbage.


 Environmental friendly

Comfort Room. Is quite isolated to avoid surrounding nuisance of odor and also there is
a built-in exhaust fan.
 It affects the ambiance of a smooth sailing moods of the customers.
 It has separation from Males and Females for their convenience

Computerized handy waiter pad. Using of technology to avoid long-wait system and at
the same time, customers are being accommodated by the waiters.
 If the seats of the Bar is full, no need for the customers from 1st and 2nd floor
to go there, they’ll just have to take an order to the waiter and the waiter
through the waiterpad will send directly a message either to the kitchen or to
the bar for the serving.
 It eliminates too much manpower outsourcing.


 Fax Function The proven fax function makes the gadget suitable for special
requests. This allows you to write on the display field and send guests’ special
orders to the kitchen or bar.

Smoking Area. Are located at the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a high probability on the
target market and its demographic evaluation that some customers are smoking so we
have provided an area that is an open-air and be able to satisfy our customers.
Fire Exit(Path & Signs). There are many types of fire safety signs but the exit signs are
probably the most important. This assures that you don't go knocking at a room locked
fire door screaming for help instead of safely climbing down the stairways of a building.
If you are the proprietor of some sort of business or property , We should have those
signs or else we are against the law.

Customer . We have studied and test the maximum capacity of customers. Paki lagyan

Safety and Security. There are CCTV cameras for the safety and security of customers as
well as those who are cheating
 Security Personnel, Supervisors and the general manager has only the access
to these to avoid connivance with the help of the Human Resources
Management making sure those employees are in no way related to each other
for a safety start.
