Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the
construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of
at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2012-2013 to FY

2016-2017), in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 60.00 lakh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 250.00
Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2012-2013 to FY 2016-2017), years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the
Tenderers shall be Tk. 40.00 Lakh within the period of tender publication and
submission of tender(s).
e) Tender security of Tk. 200000.00 submitted through bank draft, pay order or
bankguarantee from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
f) The tenderer must have up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate,
TIN-Certificate and NID.
g) The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenderes
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
