Cause and Prerequisites

o Initial load of data needs to be done in BW for F&R BW

o Master data load from R/3 and F&R needs to be done in BW

o F&R transactional initial delta loads need to be performed in BW

o F&R transactional delta loads needs to be performed in BW

Note: It is recommended that delta loads are performed once a day for
daily cubes and once a week for weekly cubes. This is mainly necessary for
the Order Proposal Changes where the delivered query will require
modification if the data is extracted multiple times per day. Also in this
case, the field 'Original quantity' will loose its meaning and it will show
'Quantity before last BW extraction' instead.

Solution
In order to load data from F&R into BW, the F&R content need to be
installed before hand. Please refer to the Forecasting & Replenishent
Solution Manager documentation to perform the required settings.

1. To load initial data in BW, Forecasting and Replenishment info

packages need to be scheduled in order to retreive data from the
source system:

a) Info package for infosource 0FRE_MSGNO. Info package name: Load F&R
message class /FRE/EMON (0PAK_7BNPMDT9RI4184VO614M11J8P)

b) Info package for infosource 0FRE_MSGA1_TEXT. Info package name:

Load texts for message class /FRE/EMON (Attribute 1)

c) Info package for infosource 0FRE_MSGA2_TEXT. Info package name:

Load Load texts for message class /FRE//EMON (Attribute 2)

2. To load master data from the R/3 leading system, the following
infosources need to be scheduled:

a) Infosource Material(0MATERIAL) with datasource Article

Number(0ARTICLE_ATTR). This infosource allows you to load article
masterdata.

b) Infosource Material (texts)(0MATERIAL_TEXT) with datasource

Material Number(0MATERIAL_TEXT). This inforsource allows you to
load article descriptions in all languages.

c) Infosource Plant (Attributes)(0PLANT_ATTR) with datasource

Plant(0PLANT_ATTR). This infosource allows you to load site master
data.

d) Infosource Plant (Texts)(0PLANT_TEXT) with datasource

Plant(0PLANT_TEXT). This infosource allows you to load site
descriptions in all languages.

e) Infosource Plant Material(0MAT_PLANT) with datasource Material

Number with Plant(0MAT_PLANT_ATTR). This infosource allows you to
load article/site master data.

f) Infosource Plant Material(0MAT_PLANT) with datasource Material

number with plant(0MAT_PLANT_TEXT). This infosource allows youto
load descriptions for your article/site in all languages.

3. To load F&R specific master data into 0MAT_PLANT, the following

infosource need to be scheduled:

a) Infosource 0MAT_PLANT F&R Attributes(0SCM_FRE_MAT_PLANT_ATTR) with

datasource F&R Plant material attributes(0FRE_MATPLANT_ATTR). This
infosource allows you to load F&R specific master data attribute.

4. To initialize delta transfer for F&R transactional data, the following

info packages and then schedule the regular info package once a day:

a) Delta init packages:

F&R Stock Exceptions - Init Delta
F&R Replenishment Exceptions - Init Delta
F&R Order Proposal Manual Change - Init Delta
F&R Minimum Stock Variances - Init Delta
F&R Order Proposal Statistics - Init Delta

b) Regular Delta (once a day after the FRP run is complete):

F&R Stock Exceptions - Delta
F&R Replenishment Exceptions - Delta
F&R Order Proposal Manual Change - Delta
F&R Minimum Stock Variances - Delta
F&R Order Proposal Statistics - Delta

5. To initialize delta transfer for F&R transactional data, the following

info packages need to be scheduled once a week:

a) Delta init package: F&R Weekly Figure - Init Delta
