Midwifery Care Of Mrs.F In Pregnancy Until Family Planning

Services at Pratama Tanjung Clinics Delitua 2016

Summary

According to the report of World Health Organization (WHO) from 2015 ,

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the developing country is 239/100.000 Live
Birth (LB), accoring to Survey demographic and health Indonesia (IDHS) MMR
in Indonesia is 359/100.000 LB in 2012, while according to profil kesehatan
Provinsi Sumatra Utara in 2013 Injact Mortality Rate (IMR) in north Sumatra is
only 10/1000 LB, while MMR is only 95/100.000 LB. This is still far from the
target, the purpose of continuity care is to give obstetrics rearing continually to
Mrs.F from trimester III, pregnancy, giving birth, parturition, the new born baby
and family planning in Pratama Tanjung Deli Tua clinic.
The rearing of Mrs.F 26 years G2P1A0 is continuity care, with continually
rearing approachment, is with watching the development of the mother and
embryo from Trimester III until using conraception equipment.
The result of continuity care Mrs.F during pregnancy was going well,
there there wasn’t no complication, although there were some defect, like the
standart of 10 T rearing weren’t complited. In 36 weeks of gestation, the mother
felt signs of pregnancy. The bearing baby was going well, so the mother was, and
the baby looked healthy, with weight 3400gr, leght 48cm, a girl, but she wasn’t
get tetracyclin. Parturition period went 6 weeks in normal condition, without
complication or abnormalities in the mother and baby. The mother preferred using
MAL contraception as cotraception equipment.
The conclusion of pregnancy period until family planning, Mrs.F
condition is normal without complication, but seeing from obstetric rearing side,
there are some defect, as a suggestion, Pratama Tanjung Deli Tua clinic have to
apply rearing as conform as obstetric standar rules.
