Requirements for Institute reporting

1. Provisional Admission letter generated from CCMT-2018 website and demand draft of balance
Semester fee [Total semester fee given below minus Rs.30000] for Ist semester drawn in favour of
“Director MNNIT Allahabad” payable at Allahabad at the time of reporting. [Please refer the table
given below to calculate the balance fee]

2. Documents required at the time of Institute Reporting: (Original with One set photocopy)

(i) High School (10th) Certificate as proof of Date of Birth.

(ii) Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet / Provisional Degree*.
(iii) Character Certificate.
(iv) Migration Certificate*.
(v) GATE Score Card.
(vi) Category Certificate (if applicable) in prescribed format of GoI (valid for Institutions under
Government of India). For candidates belonging to OBC [Non Creamy Layer], the certificate
must be issued on or after 01.04.2018
* Candidates who are appearing in qualifying examination may submit these documents within six
weeks from the date of registration
In addition following undertakings will be required at the time of registration:

(i) Undertaking by the student (As per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in

Important Instruction: All the students admitted through CCMT 2018 in the Institute are required to fill
their “GATE Registration ID” in place of Registration number in the
undertaking.
How to reach MNNIT:

The Institute is located at about 8 km. from Allahabad Junction and Allahabad City Railway Station,
Allahabad and 4 km. from Prayag Railway Station.

Cycle Rickshaw E Rickshaw and Auto Rickshaw are the common mode of transport. Taxi is also

available from Allahabad Junction Railway Station. Normal charges are about ` 100/- for cycle rickshaw,

` 200/- for Auto rickshaw and ` 200.00 for Taxi [OLA].
