BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO._4__S. 2018

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) OF

BARANGAY HINIPAANC, CATANDUANES FOR CY 2018

WHEREAS, COMELEC Resolution No. 10213 entitled “RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10952 xxx” dated October 24, 2017, provides for the Guidelines on the Allocation
and Utilization of Sangguniang Kabataan Fund CY 2018;

WHEREAS, Section 5 of Rule III, Mandates the Committee and Taskforce to formulate ABYIP for FY
2018 containing programs, projects and its corresponding budget to be submitted to the Punong
Barangay and Committee on Appropriation for review and recommendation;

WHEREAS, the after review, ABYIP for CY 2018 contains PPAs as provided for under RA 10742
including the mandatory Training and SK pederasyon orientation and Election and in accordance
with Section 7 Rule 4 of the issued COMELEc Minutes Resolution No. 10213- Allocation and
Utilization of SK Fund, to wit:

1. Mandatory Training Conduct of SK elections.

2. Youth Development Programs and Projects:
a. Equitable access to education
b. Environmental Protection.
c. Climate change adoption and Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency.
d. Youth employment and Livelihood.
 e. Health and Nutrition.
f. Anti Drug Abuse.
g. Gender Sensitivity.
h. Sports Development
i. Capability building which emphazises Leadership Training.
j. Linggo ng Kabataan

NOW THEREFORE, on Motion of Kagawad CHARLIE VILLAFLOR seconded by all members of the
barangay Council, it was

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT

PROGRAM (ABYIP) OF BARANGAY HINIPAAN, BAGAMANOC, CATANDUANES FOR CY-2018.

RESOLVED FINALLY that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the DILG – Bagamanoc Municipal
Government Operations Officer, Municipal Accountant, Municipal Budget Officer, all of Bagamanoc,
Catanduanes for their Information and perusal.
