Project 1# MANTAS
Mantas' Anti-Money Laundering system which monitors accounts, customers, and correspondents across business lines
for suspicious activities and possible money laundering.
Synopsis : Involves development of Datamart to hold AML (Anti Money Laundering) information.
The scope of this project was to build a Ware House using ETL tools to store AML information which will be used by Credit
Suisse downstream team to prevent money laundering.
1. This project involves extracting data from flat files (upstream customers) into STGC table (staging with cleansing) after
removing the additional spaces coming in and converting the incoming data into proper/valid data types.
2. Created multiple views which involves Business logic to be applied on the STGC tables. Each view was acting as source
and loading the resultant data to Datamart tables with SCD2 logic.
3. We export the current day data from Datamart tables into flat files and transfer the same to Downstream customers.

Technology: InformaticaPowerCentre 9.6, Oracle, Control M, Unix.

Responsibility:
 Analyzing requirements, providing work effort estimates, developing TSD documents ,implementing/developing
the same in ETL tools.
 Providing the functional and technical requirement to team members and get it done.

Project 2# International Data Warehouse (IDWH)

Synopsis : It involved building of Datamart for International Data Warehouse (IDWH).
The scope of this project was to build a Data Warehouse using ETL tools to store customer and portfolio details.

The project involved extracting data from different source systems flat files and relational tables and loading into Staging
area ( one-to-one) and then perform the business validations and logic on staging table to load final Datamart.

The scope of the project was enhancing the Datamart with leasing and rental details for vehicles of customers and
organizations.
The project Involved data integration starting from Source to Staging layer to Hub and then finally to various Data mart.

Project# European Product Database (EPD)
Synopsis : The ING Investment Management is a global financial institution which operates its business in different
countries globally.
The project involved creating a Data Warehouse for maintaining portfolio and fund details of European countries.
The scope of the project was to extract the data from flat files and relational tables and loading the valid data in Staging
layer after proper cleansing and validations. From the staging layer data was loaded to Data layer tables using SCD2
history. From the Data layer the data was loaded into the different Datamart after applying business logic. Sometime we
needed to export the Datamart data to flat files. Both datamart and exported files were used by downstream applications
for reporting and analysis purpose.
