I. General Overview

Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon. Meanwhile, at

3:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon SOULIK was located based on all available data at
1,510 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (26.1 N, 135.4 E)[OUTSIDE PAR] with
maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h.
It is moving West Northwest at 15 km/h.
FORECAST WEATHER/ Twenty Five (25) Flooded Barangays due to rains and high tide
