2. Metoprolol 50mg tablet twice a day
3. Enalapril 5mg ½ tab twice a day
4. Trimetazidine 35mg tablet twice a day
5. Atorvastatin 40mg tablet once a day
6. Cefoxitin 1gm IV every 8 hrs
7. Metronidazole 500mg IV every 8 hrs
8. Piperacillin Tazobactam 4.5gm every 6 hrs
9. Esomeprazole 40mg IV every 12 hrs
10. Paracetamol 300mg IV every 6hrs as needed
11. Meropenem 1g IV every 8 hrs
12. Dexketoprofen 25mg 1 tablet every 8 hrs
13. Flumucil 600mg tablet once a day
14. Metoclopromide 10mg IV every 6 hrs
15. Vancomycin 1gm every 12 hrs
