CONTRACT

I, ___________________, will do everything in my power in order to get my life

handled, in order to become better with women and better with people.
I will listen to my excuses and then do it ANYWAY. I shall LISTEN TO FEAR,
FEEL FEAR, EXPERIENCE FEAR and I shall do it anyway.
I will take any setback as a valuable lesson and continue my journey to mastery, to a
better self, me 2.0.
I will do something I’m afraid of, every day. Giving up is not an option for me.
