ON-THE-JOB TRAINING NARRATIVE REPORT

Iglesia Ni Cristo Television – this is the station where I picked to perform my internship
in 1st semester. Opportunely, they request to have my internship again in this station for the 2nd

semester on November 2018. It was early yet gives me benefits to complete my on-the-job

training as soon as I can. There was an event called “Songs of Faith, Love and Hope Husband

and Wife Edition” and gives me an opportunity to be part of the production team. On my first

day, I was assigned to help the floor director. In rehearsals, I listed the blockings and positions
of every contestant in every segment of the event and it is my responsibility to remind them on
their designated location on stage. It seems to be hard to remind them every time, especially

there are more elder participants. That sometimes, it makes me confused.

One of my assigned duties also is to share my skills in hosting the program of our school
called “AveNEU”. In this semester, I have covered two feature segments and one reporting for

the happenings inside the walls of our University. I have featured the finest facilities like

ventilated and air conditioned room in the College of Criminology and somewhat, they really
conducts a discipline for the every student for them to apply it when they are road to their
dreams. College of Criminology deserves to endorse for the people who want to empower by a

state to enforce the law, to protect people and property, and to prevent crime and civil disorder. I
have also cooked a pancake sandwich or “pan-wich” and blended a citrus green smoothie to have
a healthy meal but quick to prepare. This is a hack for the students who are juggling time in their

tasks and activities in school and ended up buying unhealthy foods or worse, junk foods. And

lastly, I am assigned to report the happenings and events in school in NEU Bulletin.

After those accomplishments, I decided to transfer in Multimedia Bureau section for

some purposes and reasons. All I did there is making an outlines and scripts for Inspirational

Story, video logging the aired news in Church News Live, organizing all the reports of the

districts all over the world, editing scripts for Landas ng Buhay and luckily, they picked me as an

extra character in one of the episodes of it. I faced my fear in scriptwriting, this is the reason. It
is really hard for me to make a script but still grateful because I feel like it makes my horrible
writing improved.
