Važni aspekti tržišta električne energije
u BiH danas i u skoroj budućnosti
Uvodničar i voditelj panel diskusije, Đulizara Hadžimustafić,
bivši član Regulatorne komisije za energiju u FBiH (FERK), Generalni menadžer Arcade d.o.o. Tuzla

Električna energija kao sve prisutan i gotovo nezamjenjiv energent služi zadovoljavanju
mnogih, posebno elementarnih potreba u svim područjima života. Trošak električne energije
sastavni je dio troškova izrade svih proizvoda i usluga, kao i troškova života. Znači da cijena
električne energije direktno i indirektno određuje visinu životnog standarda. Direktno kroz
potrošnju električne energije u domaćinstvima, a indirektno preko cijene svih proizvoda i
usluga.

Na cijenu električne energije u znatnoj mjeri utiče efikasnost poslovanja energetskog sektora.
Upravo težnja za većom efikasnošću osnovni je pokretač reformi u energetskom sektoru.
Osnovni cilj poduzetih reformi, odnosno liberalizacija tržišta električne energije, bio je i jeste
podizanje efikasnosti energetskog sektora, prije svega radi konkurentnosti industrije. Za
elektroenergetski sektor ovo znači prvenstveno restruktuiranje, a potom i otvaranje tržišta
električnom energijom. Gdje smo sada? Šta nam predstoji raditi u budućnosti?
